Wrong size, kept my money and stole my shoes.

In short: they'll send you wrong-sized shoes and when you send them back for a replacement (at your own expenses), they'll keep your money and steal your shoes, refusing to replace them.

Full story: on their site you can read "if you normally wear a European 38 you would probably want a Bleyer 39". So, I bought a pair of Bleyer Universal 41, as I usually wear EU40. The shoes were extremely big, so I sent them back for a replacement after wearing them only once on a parquet surface.

They claimed that the shoes I returned them were worn (totally false), and showed signs of being worn outside (totally false), and refused to proceed with a replacement.
They also kidnapped my shoes, and refused to send them back unless I paid them again for the postal service.

This is a scam, stay away from this company.

Thanks for taking the time to leave your review, we're sorry this part of your order didn't work out. But readers of this review may find it useful to note some information that was omitted from your review.

There were 3 pairs of shoes on your order, all in the same style but in different sizes. You appear to have been satisfied enough with the sizing of the other 2 pairs to retain them without complaint or need for replacement. Your accusation of "wrong size" without that context is misleading. Our sizing advice is based on 20 years experience selling this brand.

All shoes are double-checked, every time they enter our facility and every time they exit. Our quality control is a central part of our systems. We are confident that visibly, all dispatches are in perfect condition. There was never any complaint from you that the shoes were not in perfect condition on receipt of them.

We were clear that returns are accepted as long as they are returned in perfect condition and only tested on a clean surface to test for size. Again no comment from you that you had received them in an unacceptable or worn condition during this communication. Only after we received them back from you in a state of unreasonable wear and we sent you images to support this did you complain that they were already worn when you received them.

You returned your shoes to us worn and with incomplete packaging, they were not stolen from you or kidnapped. The shoes did not meet the criteria in our returns policy so we asked you how you would like to proceed.

We have supplied dance shoes worldwide to thousands of dancers as well as TV, theatre and shows with global audiences for over 20 years, we are not a scam company. We note the number of one star reviews you have previously posted on Trustpilot and that your experience has not stopped you placing a subsequent order with our company.
