Swing Tags Co is a fantastic option for small businesses that want premium-quality branding without excessive costs. The tags feel durable, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. They add real value to the final product and make a noticeable difference when presenting items to customers, whether online or in-store.

Urgh, if only I'd searched through Trust Pilot before ordering from this company. I've been completely scammed. They didn't listen to instruction and printed me off a bunch of swing tags not fit for purpose. Please, please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are now ignoring all communications with me.

You won`t have what you buy from this so-called company instead you`ll get cheap, poor quality rubbish.

They are not even UK based and all stuff is shipped from Pakistan.

And the below is the only return you`d possibly get from them.

These are hit-and-run scammers. You might think they are a proper UK-based company, but in fact, they manufacture all their products in Pakistan with cheap materials. I bought luggage tags from these guys and they sent me paper business cards instead, which I could have purchased for 1/4 of the price that I actually paid. They were supposed to be PVC with lanyards. Plus, they never got back to my inquiries.

I have order from these Swing Tags Co. before and it was a little rough the first time. I recently needed urgent a second batch of swing tags and they actually did a much better job the second time, especially with customer service. Sometimes they may not reply to an email or return a call but get them on the phone, sort everything out in one go, and you won't go wrong!
'Katie' and 'Thomas' were really great to deal with and took the time to get my order right. The pricing is really good, and the product is just what I ordered.

Thank God the strings a pre-inserted because I don't think I could have inserted 500 strings by hand!! (Was roughly $30 AUD more for inserted rope strings)

Product is rubbish and customer service is non-existent. Do not buy from them.

I bought 400 swing tags from them in August and the quality was horrible the first time round after waiting 1 1/2 months for the swing tags. When we were able to finally able to get ahold of them after weeks of trying to get in contact, they said they would fix it and reprint for us but the next lot was melted together and still had ink bleeds on them. We have been chasing a refund but can't get a hold of anyone, phone goes to voicemail every time, they don't respond to emails, and they removed the live chat option on the website. They're a rip off.

Complete and utter rubbish. Save yourself and go elsewhere

We were hit with the Duty charge for our order after it arrived - we were told all costs were included in the original fee. SwingTagsCo said they would cover this & after weeks of chasing them daily for the payment to be made they have refused to do so. DO NOT use this company as they are extremely dishonest and the quality below average. Very unhappy customer.

Led to believe the printing was in London but it is in Pakistan and terrible quality of final product. Should have searched more reviews beforehand, they use a virtual office address and are not based in the UK despite misleading customers telling them that they are based here.
My previous review was removed so I am rewriting it.

I have purchased tags which arrived faulty, I contacted the seller and been told will be sent new ones which wilbe fixed tags.. that was almost 2 months ago and nothing has arrived, every time I call them after few minutes they hung up the phone or pretending they can't hear (so convinient).. When I have asked for refund they have refused and said they are shipping the item now and will provide me tracking number.. when I ask for tracking few days after they still don't have it.. Did not receive support, did not receiv service and definitley did not receive my product.. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY !!!!
STAY AWAY OF THIS COMPANY !!

Absolute shambles of a company.

Took 21 days to receive my complete order. The cut lines are mis-aligned, communication is horrendous. The order was printed in Pakistan despite being mislead to believe it was printed in London and Manchester.
