We are longterm customers of this…

We are longterm customers of this company and also own their other product Swipe Pages. We are also 5+ years customers of Klaviyo one of the top competitors in this space.

Swipe One product and its team is not ready to offer an email product. They do not understand email marketing in ecommerce and they have serious limitations in their platform that makes it close to unusable.

1. There is no UTM support in this platform, which makes it unusable for all kinds of ecommerce marketing. The teams response to it is to manually hardcode UTMs in links. How can you create a Shopify integration but don't have UTM support?! It really is insane. I don't think they have any clue how time intensive manual hardcode is and the risks of error it introduces. I think they will lose on any kind of enterprise customers on this and I seriously question Swami (the founder) knowledge about the industry he is trying to build a product for.

2. If you manage to exceed any of their email metric max such as bounce rate >2%, even if just for a day, your account will turn to shit and completely unusable. They will rate limit the account and any kind of campaign you create will go into review mode or verification mode or any kind of mode that will stop it from sending more then like 10-20 emails per day. Its really a ridiculous implementation and even if you get back under 2% again the rate limit sticks to your account like a permanent thing. Swami seriously what are you thinking with this? Also the support team will have a reply turnaround of 3-5 days for any account with a rate limit flag, and they rarely if ever provide any meaningful solution. So not only does your account become unusable but also the support close to stops replying.

3. If you pause an automation it will not actually pause the sending of the leads already in the automation. How crazy setup is that? Makes absolutely zero sense. Basically they have built a pause function that doesn't actually pause. So if your automation is performing poorly you can't actually turn it off lol. I can't even believe they actually run the product like this.

Based on our 8 years in ecommerce and experience with many similar products, we are pretty sure this product will fail in this market because of ignorance of the basic necessities by its developing team. I should add that I tried to reach out to Swami several times about this over the past year or so and that did not help anything either.

Great email marketing platform with simple CRM features

It's the simplest and most straightforward CRM I've ever used. I didn't want a bloated CRM that tries to do everything. What I like is how customizable it is. The API makes it pretty easy to connect and interact with pretty much any other platform you are using. The focus is on email marketing, and the insights you get after sending your campaigns are great. I really like how simple the automations are inside the platform. For any logic person, the graphical interface will be a joy to use. Just connect the nodes to get the platform to do what you want when something happens. I use it for simple things right now, like adding a tag to somebody when X happens or removing a tag when you add another tag. I see it as the web that holds all of my custom system up together. The best thing I can say about it is that it is incredibly easy to get started with it and you can grow infinitely with it. It's one of the few platforms I use every day as the automations I made makes it very easy for me to know what is happening with every one of my contacts. Also one of the easiest platform to implement I've ever tried. I've tried many platforms similar to this in the past, none were as easy to get into as Swipe One.

Unstable platform, poor support, and serious damage to my business

I have been trying to use Swipe One for over three months, and to this day, I have not even been able to complete the most basic step: capturing leads through my contact forms.

For years, I’ve used other platforms like ActiveCampaign, MailerLite, and SendFox without a single issue. My forms have always worked perfectly and reliably. However, with Swipe One, I have been completely unable to even get started.

After investing countless hours following tutorials, testing different configurations, and applying their support’s suggestions, the result has always been the same: nothing works.
After months of back and forth, the company finally admitted that the integration does not work.

What’s worse is that when the Swipe One team accessed my website to “help me,” they ended up breaking all of my site’s forms, which meant that I stopped receiving any leads without realizing it.

During that time, I continued investing €330 per day in paid advertising, sending traffic to forms that were completely non-functional. To this day, Swipe One has offered no solution and taken zero responsibility for the damages caused — neither for the wasted time nor for the significant financial losses.

In summary:
• Three months without being able to use the platform.
• Multiple failed setup attempts.
• Business operations impacted directly due to their intervention.
• No accountability taken by the company.

My experience is clear: this is a platform with major stability issues, broken integrations, and a support team unable to provide real solutions. My recommendation is simple: avoid Swipe One if you care about your business.

Amazing - Saves so much time

I am loving swipe one, I've had it 6 months now and its progressed no end in that time, it’s growing into a proper beast of a tool and the automations and ai is so handy (saves so much time having it all in one tool)
Im a software developer myself, selling software worldwide for years, im fussy too and usually would prefer to make my own but not this time, loving SwipeOne.
Keep up the good work Swami and team you’re doing a great job.
The support is fast and very helpful too, not that i’ve needed much.
Dont miss out this tool used right will massively increase ROI, and its an amazing price.

Buggy and not get ready for prime time

Buggy and not get ready for prime time.

Support is also very slow and not helpful.

After a few weeks of fighting with it, to reproduce bugs and report them, they replied that those bugs exist, but no help to fix.

So no fixing for basic integration bugs to get data into the system, which is pretty blocker level, plus API not documented where it does work, and no roadmap or suggestion how how or when the big bugs will be fixed.

I bought this product with a LTD and feels like it may have been abandoned, since.

Lots of potential wasted by reliability issues and slow support

This CRM undeniably offers a wide range of features that could be very useful. However, my experience has been significantly hindered by recurring connection problems with Gmail, which work randomly (every other time).

Furthermore, the customer service has been particularly slow to respond to my requests. These two points combined make productive use of this solution simply impossible.

Despite the promises of the many options offered, the lack of reliability in the connections and the slowness of customer support are major obstacles. I hope these aspects will be improved quickly.

Recommended for Japanese businesses

This is still a new service and there are still shortcomings.
But the UI is easy to understand for Japanese, and the AI agents are well generated in Japanese.

Recently, they have also added support for non-Gmail, which is a point of appreciation. I look forward to the expansion of integration.

Complete scam

Complete scam. They impose bogus fees, completely unauthorized, and continue charging them after contract cancelled! I literally had to close my bank account. Their point man, Casey Brugman, is a con artist.

Exactly what I've been looking for!

I have searched for awhile for an easy to use and customizable CRM that also lets me manage multiple businesses. I love this because I can create custom fields (property), the workflows are easy to setup, and support is great and responsive. I look forward to seeing how Swipe One grows into a even better product!
