Saved the Day!
When our original vendor fell through a week before our event, I was left scrambling to find a replacement who could produce and ship four different items in a matter of days. Swish and Click really came through - they responded in a matter of hours, despite it being the middle of the night where they were; they worked with me to find items and prices that aligned with my goals and budget; they produced the artwork within 24 hours and everything went into production very shortly after approval. When the tracking info (inaccurately) showed that not all the packages had arrived, they investigated the issue themselves.
In the end everything arrived not only on time, but with one day to spare.. I was shocked, and so thankful! This is really a full-service company, I will absolutely work with them again and I would highly recommend them to others. Their level of customer service is truly unmatched.
