I’m so impressed with your lovely clothes, a lovely change from many plus size sites. I’ve bought 2 tops and a pair of long pants this month, perfect fit except I found the jersey pants a little wide so I returned and bought the slim fit ones instead, no problems with the exchange. Customer service is wonderful. I would highly recommend !!!

Fabulous Service

I would like to express my admiration for, and appreciation of, the wonderful manager of the Swish store in Bowral. It is very rare these days to find the kind of customer service that she offers her clients. It is also very rare to find someone in a fashion store who knows the stock so intimately and who is able to assess the needs of her customers, even better than the customers themselves.

I bought a lovely dress that I would not even have considered without her advice and nothing seems to be too much trouble. I once called the store to ask about a piece of jewellery I had seen there and, after ordering it over the phone, received it within the week.

Her friendly and ‘bubbly’ personality makes it a pleasure to chat with her and ensures that you feel very comfortable in discussing your requirements.

It is this kind of service, as much as the clothing, that will keep me going back there.

Today I shopped in the Wagga Wagga Swish boutique. I arrived late - just before closing as it turned out - not that I was told this nor was I rushed in my shopping and purchasing.

I had excellent service from Sonya, who was knowledgeable, helpful and honest in her feedback about outfits that I tried on. Sonya fully styled me for some exciting events that I have coming up.

You get exactly what you see on the website and the sizes are absolutely reliable - lovely quality materials and great styles

Garments are fabulous, great fabric and beautifully made.
Postage was a touch slow.

Usually very good service - on the odd occasion, something can go amiss. Some clothing received not always as they appear pictured - if more than one colour within a style - state the colour that is pictured, especially if it is a print - or picture all colourways.

I would like to have all colours shown on all items plus the back view too as sometimes where there are multiple colours/patterns you have no idea what they look like

I LOVE Swish - there isn't a store in Adelaide yet (few stockists though) and I visit Melbourne frequently and shop there. Elizabeth and the other staff in the Malvern shop are amazing!! Elizabeth texts me pics of any new stock that arrives, so I can then have my pick of anything new. Beautifully Australian made fashion for the larger sized woman.

Lovely fabrics and styles, beautifully made. Friendly and helpful in-store staff. Website user friendly. Online order procedure smooth. Returns easy. My only suggestion would be more shorter styles, suited to those of us under 5'4"!

I have always had success with all of my Swish garments, in the past 2 years, my wardrobe has become very classy thanks to Swish.
I had a problem a few years ago with the sleeves being tight, however, a quick call to Swish had the problem sorted and ever since the sleeves have been perfect. This is a company that listens to it's clients and is successful because we know they are trustworthy. I would recommend Swish to any larger size girl especially, as the fit is consistent

I have been able to buy my full wardrobe from swish for many years. They have helpful staff who are not pushy and help with constructive criticism. Every effort is made to help you get clothes you wish and are smart in the larger sizes

Love Swish - however often disappointed that sizes 18, 20, 22 sell out so quickly - please produce more in these sizes??

The clothes are well-made and beautiful, however I would prefer the length of some of the tops to be a little longer and the sleeves a little wider. I notice that this season the sleeves are wider but the tops seem shorter. The service I have received as been very good on-line and the customer service at Bowral was exceptional. The ladies went out of their way to assist me as much as possible. Thank you to all at Swish Fashion.
