Customer service, app does not work, they never return my emails nor
Phone calls! They have taken 3320 chf of mine and won’t return my emails nor phone calls. Terrible company. Hope they close down.

The app crashes and when you contact them they don't either know why or give you a quick solution. So, for me, its service is one of the worst in Switzerland.

My card was used to do 3 purchases in the apple store, not in my account, in a completely different region than mine. I did not start or approve any transaction. The card customer service declined all responsibilities, in a very unfriendly way. The card is not secure in my opinion.

I was unaware that they increased the fees for cash withdrawal by 20 times, from 5 CHF, which I was paying before Oct 1st, to 100 CHF, which I paid last time.
1€ per transaction ? Its a travel card!
You pay for bus tickets, Food, Taxis..
You end up with atleast 15-20 transactions a day, Which means 15-20 EUROS IN FEES FOR ONE DAY!!

Never again. Today 5.07.2024 i've tried to call already 9 times because i'm traveling tomorrow and somehow the card is blocked. So the purpose of the card is lost.
And the customer service is just for laughs. All the workers are always on the phone, that's what the answer machine told me this last 9calls, and I waited for 5 minutes each...
When I return from holidays the first thing is change. There's a lot of other possibilities. If they don't want to work, no problem,but not with my money.
