At first Dean West my advisor in Swissgate is so nice and helpful but when I tried to do a withdrawal that's the time he no longer answering my calls and emails. I tried to email admin @swissgate no response too. For 3 weeks now I still haven't get my funds. So hope that this will serve as a lesson they are just nice if they need you to do a deposit. Btw, Dean don’t even help me how to do withdrawal he said he will teach me but when time of withdrawal he just left me in the air.
