I have tried calling and emailing to return product. It is not doing the job I think it should. Used 4 weeks and hair still growing as much as before. Not a happy customer. Gina Chandler

I ordered one of their tooth whitening products to try it. I received 4, which I thought was their mistake and it would have been ok if they worked, but they didn’t do the job at all. I tried to track down the charges and dispute them. I eventually realized they had charged me for all 4 of the products, but processed it in 2 separate transactions, making it hard to notice when I scanned my statements.
I finally caught on & contacted them. After much argument, they agreed to refund only 1/3 of the charges. Even then, they refused to refund the tax I had paid on it!

The size was a little off. Not sure if it was my mistake or that they were a different size than I expected. However, I contacted customer service and they are providing me with the new size in a timely manner. Customer service was good.

You can sell products that actually work. I'm not sure when I received it and started using it but I have used it every day since I received it and it is not doing anything about the bugs at all

Answering all my questions

I don't think the product is working for me, but it might be my teeth and not the product. However, the Klear Nail product for toe fungus is a miracle! All my toenails are completely normal now. Thank you!

Boyfriend just spent $205 on product(3), insurance & whatever else the charges were...we live together for a year now & i'm battling cancer & bed bugs...praying this takes care of half our issues!! Keep you posted!!

We followed the instructions and used this UV light product twice. It does not work. The air is different when you first re-enter the room, but we still have the bugs and dust

I was skeptical at first but after two weeks I noticed a significant improvement. My nails look good and healthy now. I had lost my large toenail completely and the new nail is almost fully grown in. This product really works well and in a much shorter time than I thought would be possible.

We like the swissklip, but it is not very effective towards bed bugs .. it seems like it is killing them, after using it for two hours a day in the bedroom, every day for 3 days and after a day, we see tiny ones again.

I accidentally made two orders when I tried to change shipping address and they were very helpful to get that done. Other places would have just canceled both orders without hesitation but here, they listened to the problem and the product went out on time and to the right place.

Fairly quick response to problems, good customer service. Only thing to make it better would be to put a slight delay on orders so customers can edit them

High price for yankee games. Then, fox took over for playoffs.

Super satisfied!! Awesome product. Was a little skeptical about the results but I was wrong. Cleared the problem. Now I I use it on a weekly basis as part of my routine cleaning. Just amazing. Thank you guys.
