I’m sorry, but my experience has not been good. I have the UV lights plugged in around the apartment and I have them on several times a day, every day, but the apartment still smells old and musty. I’m very disappointed.

Checkout and shipping is poor
Checkout is not transparent, I was charged for shipping twice. Tracking information was never provided. Email response showed me a link to provide a review with options from good to poor. When I clicked poor there was no place to leave a review, when I check good it took me to a different link and I can actually leave a review. Questionable practices, would not recommend this company

Avoid this company
Edit: After posting this review, they reached out to me and refunded my money. I'm a fair person, so I will acknowledge that. However, my rating stands due to the fact that it took a trustpilot review to get someone to contact me after all the attempts I made. I appreciate the refund, but i would not order from them again.

I ordered a lamp on 11/23. I was supposed to get it on 11/26. I messaged support a week later after tracking my order and it still showed pending. Then they provided tracking information that was different from what I could see, and it showed that it delivered on 11/26. I assured them that I had not received it and my tracking didn't show it moving. They put out another order on 12/9. Ive been tracking it every day. It is now 12/20 and it still shows pending. I have been trying to contact them for a couple days now and they will not return any of my messages or emails. I paid $100 for a lamp and replacement bulb. I want the product or my money back

uv-c light killed fleas
Bought uv-c light because of a flea infestation from the dog and cats. I tried everything to get rid of them enough chemicals to make your eyes water.After daily use about an hour a day per room for a couple of weeks they are finally gone.

One of the best purchases I’ve made! It keeps my room smelling fresh and bug free! My kids and I moved my furniture around and found a bunch of dead bugs. I’m quite sure it’s because of my UV light, and I thank you for this invention.

Excellent service, good instructions
Personal answer to my inquiry is much appreciated. Also, I can’t speak to the results quite yet, but the product was very well packaged and the assembly is very easy. Everything worked as directed. There is a smell but if you air out the room as directed, it works!
