The purchase experience on the website is easy, the product I purchased was out of stock and o would be delivered at a later date, which I found out by calling the company. This could be improved by proactively providing info. But pillows arrived on new time and they’re great!

Messaged them 5 days ago for a broken piece, and asked if they can send me another one or how I can buy another one. No response for customer support email for 5 days, not even "hey we don't have that piece in stock, you have to buy another set".
Very bad customer support for an expensive purchase. Edit: going to downgrade to 1 star (from 2), because they never replied.

After almost 3.5 months of waiting my bed was finally delivered.
During the delivery they managed to damage a bed panel, stain a freshly painted wall and make holes in the wall.
Update: Swiss Sense heeft snel een oplossing proberen te regelen. Niet de gewenste maar goed, er is toch snel actie ondernomen. De matras ligt ook wel echt zalig moet ik zeggen.

I came in looking for pillows for my bed as i have had bad luck choosing them in the past.. I was helped , able to see more options and able to try them out. I ended up choosing extremely comfortable pillows with a great piece of mind.. I have had them home for 1.5 weeks and love them! Delivery was one day! Thank you very much!

I ordered a mattress topper on the swisssense website. I paid but received no invoice or proof. The following day I contacted swissense and they replied that there was a technical error and the order was lost. They did find the payment made and The agent created a new order and applied the previous payment from the lost order to the new order. 2 days later I still did not receive any communication from swissense. I made contact and The agent said the order had not been paid yet and cannot guarantee when the finance team will transfer the payment or when my order will be delivered.
I aske the agent to cancel the order and refund my money. I also completed the swissense online contact form asking to cancel and refund me. I received an email asking for my IBAN which I supplied. The following day I contacted swissense and asked if the order had been cancelled and refund has been initiated and The agent confirmed it was cancelled and a refund has been processed.
But that same evening I received an email stating my order is still open and awaiting payment.
Swissense has no online shopping portal where one can see order statuses. Has no transparency and you have to wait long times on the phone or chat to agents online.
Swissense service is pethatic and their systems are nonexistent, buggy and its staff does not do their work. The agents are left putting out fires and juggling balls while its sales and finance department does not work.
I highly warn people to think twice before buying online from swissense. Rather go in store and engage with real people that can be contacted and held accountable.
I am now forced to proceed with legal proceedings to resolve this matter.

The mattress seems quite comfortable and we appreciates the 1+1 offer. I personally went to Cruquius and Amsterdam Noord shops to test them and both the employees were nice and helped me thought the process. I was just a bit concerned for the delivery which happened 2 days after the purchase and not 1, but the rest was a good experience. I hope I can finally sleep well for my shoulder pain.

If you want a topper buy it somewhere else. I tried a memory foam topper a couple of time in the outlet in Amsterdam because it’s the only way to try those products.
I was satisfied with the trials so I ordered it.
I let breath the topper for hours as the delivery man instructed. It felt as comfortable as in the shop at first. Then, I woke up in the middle of the night with a burning sensation all over my body with a rash. It was an allergic reaction to the chemical they use in their products even if they are OekoTex labeled. There was no way I could have known it with the trial. Still, customer asked me to pay 125 euros to pick it up because it was out of the package, as per they company policy.
If you afraid of any allergic reaction buy toppers in companies where you can return products for free, like Emma, Cloudpillo and many others.

Our nightmare started with the first (and important) purchase to our new home at Swiss Sense by choosing the Boxspring Smart Storage with Pocket 500 Comfort and the topper Rhythm Support I (200 x 180).
In December 2024, we received the bed but noticed that our sleep quality was decreasing exponentially. The combination of the firm mattress with the memory foam topper was horrible. Therefore, we contacted Swiss Sense to replace the firm mattress to a medium one, thinking that we might have found the solution to our problem.
After the replacement of the mattress the sleep pattern remained the same so we started to suspect that the problem was not in the mattress but in the topper.
Since the memory foam adapts to our body format during the night, the body is basically laying on the rock feeling thing Swiss Sense calls mattress. This way, it is very uncomfortable and keeps us awake during the night.
We contacted Swiss Sense once again to look for alternatives in order to switch the topper to a different one and all of the options were denied, informing us that the mattress could be replaced but the topper, for hygienic purposes, was not included in the returning policy - as if there is a difference between one or the other on hygienic purposes.
We tried to put the topper away and sleep only on the mattress but, unfortunately, if you do that with a Swiss Sense mattress, it is more comfortable to sleep on the floor.
I find it very interesting and strategical from Swiss Sense that their mattresses can ONLY be used in combination with toppers and then, they only allow you to replace the mattress knowing well that the topper can be a major problem.
I travel a lot for work, I slept on numerous beds throughout my life and, the one that I bought from Swiss Sense, it the one keeping me awake at night.
(It is also important to note that before the purchase of our new bed, we did not have any customer support to study what mattress or topper would be the best fit for us from the store employee and he did not inform us that the topper was not included in the return policy. This is a major responsibility from the company itself that does not want to be responsible for their actions.)
Do NOT buy from Swiss Sense!

i complained, they said they'll contact me for an appointment to fix.
i'm still waiting.
meanwhile i said "then go and pick it up or refund me 500 EUR". they refuse. they said, if they pick it up, they'll charge me 125 EUR.
they also wrote, and i quote
"It is currently very busy in customer service and we are quite behind in our caseload. This means that customers sometimes have to wait 2 weeks for a response."

Great product and great service. I bought the soft custom mattress. The delivery took about 6 weeks and was delayed by 1.5 weeks. But I’m really happy with the product so far. It is a very comfortable mattress
