This is the second VW Transporter I have bought through Swiss Vans. Order was very simple, the Wasp package selected with a few extra, extras. The waiting list was acceptable. I had to chase a few times for more information on delivery, but to be fair we had now entered the lockdown periods! They got back to me when they knew anything. When it arrived which was only a couple of weeks late, we had a few issues with the Wasp kit being fitted (parts missing) but I was more than happy with the way I was looked after and given a few extra, extras for my patience. I have no hesitation recommending Swiss Vans

Dealing with Cole from Swiss Vans was incredibly slick and easy. It's been a hard time for the industry with all the delays and lack of parts but Swiss were always helpful and there for all my needs with excellent communication and customer service.
I'm delighted with my Ford custom with the Hornet body kit. A stunning van and expertly customised. 5*

It's an absolute minefield out there when you start looking for your first van especially as a small business owner. I went out to at least 6 different companies and none of them compared in price or in customer service to Swiss Vans. Great service from start to finish. Ashley made the whole process easy as he was always prompt in replying to emails, helpful, very friendly and knowledgeable about van specs and optional extras.

Recently purchased a used van. Ashley dealt with my enquiry quickly and efficiently. Subsequent emails whilst sorting finance were on time and delivered all the right info.
In general I felt like I was being looked after and that Ashley was on the case for me. Good customer service is a rarity these days so it was refreshing to deal with Swiss vans.

Having recently purchased an (awesome) T6 Highline from Swiss Vans I can’t recommend this company highly enough!
Rhys was fantastic every step of the way from my initial call to his diligent follow-up after-sales (highly knowledgeable and refreshingly without spin or any pushy sales pitch)......
The van was like new - exactly as described, and lived up to their description, photos & walk-round video… also their custom WASP package is highly recommendable too; the hex leather seats are sublime! ;-D
Plus they even went above and beyond by replacing the 20” wheels & tyres with a brand new set at no expense spared - which shows an impressive level of attention to detail and first-class customer service.
By far and away the best (& easiest) car/van sales experience I’ve encountered.

cannot fault swiss vans or Ashley who I dealt with, great communication and quick to respond to any questions a had, all went smoothly. and as for the van, it's awesome thing, really stands out and catches people's eye, which is great for my business.
