AMAZING!
I was lucky enough to be given a full swissvax detailing kit for my birthday, unfortunately it was missing the spray heads.
I contacted Swissvax head office in Switzerland to ask for advice on how to source the sprayheads, I immediately received a repky from Lorenzo who informed me that they would rellace the spray heads as soon as I confirm what products and what bottle size.
Amazing service, I didn't expect a reply to be honest let alone such a speedy one.
My thanks to Lorenzo and to Swissvax AG who have proved that good old fashioned customer service is still available at sone companies.

Swissvax have continued to go from bad…
Swissvax have continued to go from bad to worse. Crazy shipping charges; 7 days to reply to an Email; Excuses and above all, crazy long shipping times, despite buyers paying their premium. It will be over 2 weeks for me to receive a product from them, delivered to my door in the UK. Guys, look for a different luxury brand, its not going to get better.

The wax had a hole at the top of the container indicating that the wax was old stock, not up to Swissvax's normally high standards of manufacture

May I ask why you have not contacted us directly on this matter, if you feel there is an issue with your purchase from us here at Swissvax UK, also to give us the opportunity to look into this further, rather than leaving a disappointing review straight away?
Please note that all Swissvax natural carnauba waxes are hand poured at melting point, once cured they are left to harden, then scraped clean by hand to the brim of the pot, regardless of the wax, they then fully dry leaving a circular crack in the centre of the wax pot, sometimes light pin holes on the surface of the wax are found.
Every pot of wax is checked prior to being distributed to our customers regardless, our waxes last many years, the statement old stock is incorrect.
Please make contact if we can assist you further or if you wish to return for a refund.
