Great for sleep, not so much for focus.

I tried the Swiss Vitalis Sleep Gummies and was pleasantly surprised! They really helped me relax and fall asleep faster — and I actually stayed asleep through the night, which rarely happens for me. Definitely recommend them if you’re looking for something gentle but effective.
I also tried the Boarding Bites, but they didn’t quite work for me. Instead of feeling focused or alert, I just felt sleepy. Overall though, I’m happy with the sleep gummies and would buy them again!
