My experience with ‘Compare and Save’ and ‘Switchify’

Andrew from compare and save had amazing customer service. I was then contacted by Allie from Switchify who was very patient and thorough going through everything with me and answering all of my questions. I had a very positive experience. She was lovely to deal with. I did end up changing plans which will hopefully save me money. But they made it much more tolerable than if I had to do it all myself.

Time consuming tedious process, but has benefits.

Still takes quite a lot of time to change over - need at least 45 minutes for a 'repeat customer' such as myself. Would be good for repeat customers they know my details, I can just say yes and they change it over without verifying all the details again, especially for multiple accounts is frustrating, If you are doing the full comparisons, it can take well over an hour. As a business operator, it may save money in utility costs, but is not a good use of time 'sitting on the phone'.
