Unstable transaction software and worse helpdesk.
I had a transaction which according to their system was in the "Converting" status for 18 hours. When I reached out to the helpdesk, the guy told me a bunch on nonsense- mostly just repeating that SEPA transfers take 3 days. The issue had nothing to do with SEPA - it was their system. He tried to dazzle me with bull feces and when I finally asked to talk to his superior I was told he didn't have one.
Within about 2 hours of concluding that exchange 2 things happened:
1. All my transactions disappeared from my dashboard, even ones that are months old
and
2. My money arrived.
It seems to me they have a kluggy system. Not ready to be trusted with any significant activity. And either they have a bad apple on their helpdesk or they have bad training/policy for the team. In either case I don't expect to use them again.

Exuberant transaction fees
Did a immediate transfer but it took a day for the money to be allocated.
Money went to my wallet due to a canceled purchase minus 20 euro for trans action fees on a 179 euro transaction.
Never again. Total rip off

Will accept your crypto transaction, to then not only ask for id, selfie and utility bill. But proof of income, and tax return. Not sending transaction instant, as promised. No one would use this if you asked for all this upfront, do not use this exchange.

terrible service. they block your payments made via bank transfers and refund you after 2 months even. in the meantime they also keep commissions and never give you the amount paid initially. they have an incompetent customer service, who do not know how to give information and they take you for a ride. stay away from these
