Very disappointed
Very very late arrival. I am well aware of the current situation but i received packages through the same delivery service very quickly without any issue. I paid for next day delivery, which really shouldn't have been an option with the current covid situation, using royal.mail as they state that may not be possible. After complaing about this to customer servic, they assured its arrival soon and as a good gesture were going to send me 2 bottles of eliquid, which I have never received.
Unfortunately unless your shops open soon, I will be taking my custom else where.
On the plus side your product is fantastic and without fault
