Unfortunately the card I ordered for my daughters 16th birthday has still not arrived 7 days after ordering dispite website stating orders processed and shipped between 1 and 2 days. Date it was needed for has passed. Tried to contact the company multiple times but no response. Would not recommend or use again.

There was no option for express…
There was no option for express delivery, and the 1st class delivery arrived too late. The expected delivery was Friday, but the card didn’t arrive until the following Wednesday. By then, the birthday had already passed. I’m very unhappy with this service.
