Russell welcomed me into the showroom and gave me great advice and a grounded perspective of what would best meet my needs. Zero pressure to upsell me anything and I'm very happy with the new spotting scope that I bought. It was a fair bit cheaper that I thought it might be and it's a really good first scope for me. I will definitely going back to South West Optics when I upgrade. Absolutely worth the trip.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff member, who was able to explain the pros and cons of different product options in my budget range. The product that I selected was initially out of stock, but when it came back into stock, the communication was very good and the same staff member was very helpful on the actual transaction.
