Had 2 happy years using SWS until, sadly, we began to lose the signal. This company was very kind in providing an effective substitute until we eventually found one which worked for us. Many thanks.

I live in the Shropshire Hills down in valley and have been using SWS for the past 8 years. Its shocking. Not reliable and ridiculous for the price I pay. I feel that as a lot of us cannot get any other broadband SWS take advantage of this and charge I hefty price for considerably poor WIFI.

We have constant buffering on our service and are very disappointed that putting in our postcode sends us to confirm order for fibre broadband. Excellent - but apparently this will never happen. Now they have been taken over by Voneus in September 2023 but only now have we had this officially and the new terms and conditions. You know what let’s go and get Starlink, at least we’ll be in the 21st century and not not levelled up as seems to be the case with rural providers

I found my Broadband was disconnected. After trying the usual - disconnect for a few moments etc. - no result. I phoned in, was quickly connected to someone with such patience with my inexperience who guided me through to reconnection. Thank you.

Brilliant service today. We were dealt very patiently as an elderly couple today, one deaf and the other very un-technical and managed to restore our Broadband.

Your good reputation precedes you. I run a small architectural practice to which keeping up with modern technology to satisfy clients needs in the 'Broadband' world can be daunting!! Excellent service lovely friendly staff recommend to everyone

Really tried hard to help us get set up and went the extra mile. Great service and friendly team, both in the office and installation. Easier to contact than BT, no hanging on hold for 45mins and someone who knows what they are talking about on the other end.

Great support and service in rural location with working broadband from day1.

What a fantastic company to deal with. From first point of contact through to installation, everyone was friendly , helpful and super efficient.

Great company. When ever we have issues which inevitably there is going to be from time to time these guys are great with their quick responses. So nice to be able to pick up the phone and speak with someone without having to be in a queue for half an hour first. Always so helpful especially Jess this evening.

A truly wonderful experience. Customer service is second to none. When you call you speak to a local human being who empathises and understands. They are not scripted and respond to your needs. I've not had customer service Luke this anywhere else.

As for the product. They are the only company that was willing to drag us out o the internet dark ages of 3mb and guarenteed us a standard service at that time of 30mbps. They have worked tirelessly despite hurdles being thrown at them and are now delivering me a speed of 800mbps. Absolutely phenomenal company run by amazing people wanting to make a real difference to people's lives. Thank you so much.
