All the people they have scammed…

All the people they have scammed include me. We need to file a lawsuit and get our money back!!
I called sent pics and called again. Sancho never answers the phone and the assistant supervisor said it was up to him to resolve my issues and send m a replacement transmission for the garbage one they sent me. It should be against the law to scam people like this. This company needs to be shutdown and people paid back the money they are owed by SW Transmission!!!!! What a joke!!!!!

I purchased a transmission for my 2007…

I purchased a transmission for my 2007 Chevy Suburban without reading the reviews first. I admit I was a little worried after ordering and then reading the reviews. However, I contacted the company about delivery and they kept me informed as to the progress. Then I received my tracking number and the transmission was actually delivered that same day! Delivery took place one week before the quoted delivery date. Transmission is in excellent condition and very clean. I would definitely buy from them again. 5*****

SW Transmission is a scam. STAY AWAY
I have never gave a bad review on my life but if I can help someone to stay aware of this people I will.
I placed an order on March 22,2021 I recieved the transmission on April 10,2021. I was out of state so when I came back the transmission was installed and was defective. I called then on May 1, 2021. They requested evidence of installation day, pictures of the noise(really how can I take a pic of a noise). i provided all the evidence within a day. NEVER, EVER I got a response from them. I called, emailed always spoke with the same Customer Care lady she called herself Cyndi. Always gave me the same response we waiting on the Manager to take a decision. So, last month I entered a claim to the Better Bussiness Bureau and the respond that I never active the free warranty so is on me and I lost $2000.That is false advertise you warranty your product for a year. Nowhere on the invoice said anything about active free warranty. Scammer! I am going to take this to the court but customers please please don't waste you r money with this people.

I called in to see about purchasing a transmission

I called in to see about purchasing a transmission. The first attempt, the phone rang for a long time. I eventually fame up. 20 minutes later, I tried again. This time a guy answers. I proceed to ask this guy about purchasing a transmission as well as asking a few more questions. This person became very abrupt and then just hung up. I can't say that I have ever experienced such poor behavior.

Just got a transmission from this so…

Just got a transmission from this so called business for my daughters 2006 Ford Freestyle front wheel drive. I wish I can upload the photos of the garbage they sent. They did what anyone that goes to a salvage yard does ( cut all kinds of lines including the drive shaft.) Oil leaking all over the place along with dirt. I honestly thought they would power wash it or something. Money down the drain there is no way this company will stay in business.

These people are a waste of time and…

These people are a waste of time and scammers. The 17th of this month will be a month I haven’t received my transmission and barely been communicated with and the only reason why I got a delay email is because I called 2 separate times in the same week and they told me a day my transmission should ship out so I cancelled my order, let’s see how long it takes for me to get my money back. I wish I saw all the reviews before I purchased from them. Never again

Swtransmissions.com is a scam

I am only giving a 1star for swtransmissions.com because I had to put a rating otherwise they would get a negative 100 . This company is a scam . Do not purchase . I tried to cancel same day as order they hang up then don’t answer calls. I’ve contacted attorney general and a lawyer ! They are scammers !

Please don’t use SW transmission

Please don’t use SW transmission, it’s a bunch of thieves and crooked hide somewhere to steal people’s money, I purchased a transmission from them, first off I pay for the transmission, they shipped the wrong transmission, so I called them about the wrong transmission, so I sent it back, the transmission was 700, I lost the money, and I lost the transmission please guys aware of those people. They from Missouri .. Scott is the manager there. He’s the one responsible to steal people from their pockets, they are really dishonest people this is what Scott told me after stealing my money On Aug 4, 2020, at 8:36 AM,


Customer ordered wrong transmission they need a 2009 not a 2008 like ordered, the transmission needed is 1595 since 695 was already paid the customer will need to pay an additional 900 for the correct transmission and cover the shipping costs of 490 for a total of 1390 to get exchanged for the transmission please let us know how you would like to handle the order change.

BEWARE SCAMMMM......

I WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THESE REVIEWS PRIOR TO ORDERING ,THEY HAVE SUCH A STRONG INTERNET FRONT YOU WOULD NEVER THOUGHT. I PURCHASED A 2016 FORD FOCUS TRANSMISSION WAITED OVER A WEEK NEVER RECIEVED A SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION SO I CALLED THEM AND THEY STATED I WILL GET SHIPPING CONFIRMATION WITHIN 3 DAYS ANOTHER WEEK PASSED AND NOTHNG SO I DID RESEARCH CAME ACCROSS ALL THESE COMPLAINTS I CALLED SW TO CANCELL THEY STATED WITHIN 3 DAYS I WILL GET A CANCELLATION CONFIRMATION 3 DAYS LATER NOTHING I HAD TO FILE A COMPLAIN WITH MY CC COMPANY... THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM

Don't trust these people

Don't trust these people. I paid for a used transmission, after a month I was notified by my credit card company they reimbursed my money. I called them to find out was going on. I never received a call, an email giving me the explanation. They are liars.

So my experience with this company was…

So my experience with this company was the same as all of you I paid for a transmission and didn’t get it called and talked to same person both in shipping and parts department I finally got tired of the games so I called my bank and told them what happened they told me they could dispute the purchase and get my money back this was last Friday the 30th of April a little over a month of paying for the transmission I also called the company and recorded them and told them of my banks intentions a half hour after my call I get a email them offering to give me my money back minus 25 percent I refused to sign without talking to them am not giving them 300$ restocking fee when they never sent me anything guess what people as of Wednesday 3 working days after putting in my complaint with my bank my $995 are back in my account talk to your bank they have the know how to get your money back without spending your money on lawyers

Please do not use this company!!

So let me tell you guys about this trashy company SWT Transmission. I should have trusted the reviews but I went again my better judgement. So, I placed a order on September 10th for a transmission... easy process. Processing and delivery takes 10-14 business days “supposedly”. After the 14th business day i started to call them due to the fact that I had to use a rental car until my car was fixed with the purchased transmission. Now that’s more money being spent then needed. For some reason everytime I called, only one person would answer the phn she had an accent and I think her name was Ashley. Her response to my inquiries about it was, once it’s picked up we will send u an email confirmation that it’s on its way through the third company. Finally after a month I received it on October 12th, went to the mechanic to have it installed turned out I didn’t even need the damn transmission. 1st thing that following Monday mornin I called. Ashely answered again, I told her I didn’t need it and would like to return the part. I explained to her I understood that I will be responsible for returning the part and the 25%. Can u believe I called for 2 weeks and everytime I asked to speak to a manager and was being transferred my calls were disconnected. Someone else finally gave me a specific number for the manager yet every time I called it went to vm. I left numerous msg until I decided to give up, thinking he would call me back. Never did. Fast forward to today I took it upon my self to send the product back through saia but I needed a shipping label from SWT so I called. A guy answered provided him wit my invoice number and he claims he doesn’t have any records of conversations between me or anyone of there reps. Now I work for a bank and deal with customers every day, every call is recorded/monitored and notes are being taken..So you guys mean to tell me every call I made to your company went undocumented??? Then he said I should of had email conversations with the reps... ummm hello no one gave me that option!!!! I am highly pissed and as a customer this is bs and u guys know it, especially since all the reviews are damn near the same complaint. This isn’t the end and I will follow suit with taking this issue to my lawyer. I am a single female with a baby and you guys will not screw me out of my money. I am still waiting for a call back, if nothing happens soon then the company will be receiving a complaint.

They sure know how to take your money

They sure know how to take your money. When I called to order a transmission they where so polite and I was told when I ordered my transmission on 11-3-20 I would receive my transmission by 10 to 14 business days. I got my transmission on 12-3-20 a month later. When it arrived the parts from outside where rusty my mechanic recommended not to put it does not look like a good tranny. I said go ahead with confidence put it in if there is something wrong with it I have a 1 year or 12,000 mile warranty. Well it got put on and I should have listened to my mechanic it wasn't shifting properly the oil in that tranny was black . It was making a noice when driving over a certain speed limit. I called them and they said well we need a diagnostic report so I took it to a Dodge dealership and they said it needs to be rebuild and it will cost me close to 5,000 dollars. I send them the report and the supervisor Scott said I was denied because your mechanic never changed the filter and the whole tranny messed up because of it. I told him really because of that he said yes and was very rude and loud about it and then just hung up the phone. I even asked for a replacement all Scott did was hung up the phone. This company is all about making money
