Two of my chairs had sagged and they needed re-springing and padding. The work done was excellent.
I was disappointed however at the time to collect the items from my house. I had paid extra for collection/delivery but had to wait several weeks for it to fit into their time-slots for collection efficiency

South West Upholstery refurbished eight leather cushions for our classic Danish Modern sofa. Long wait time but well worth the wait as the craftsmanship and service were both excellent. It's like a new sofa!

Fantastic workmanship on sofa, however, delivery team trashed my hardwood floor and I never received a call to follow up or even apologise. Customer service needs improvement.

Friendly and helpful communication and excellent standard of workmanship. Prepared to be flexible e.g. over sourcing of material.

My old sofa looks amazing in a gorgeous new material.

Absolutely brilliant job - They have completely renewed my saggy uncomfortable leather sofa. You would not know its been taken apart and re-stuffed!! The delivery/collection guys are amazing - direct employees of the company so they care about what they do - super helpful and really nice guys - highly recommend.

We had two Parker Knoll leather chairs that were long past there sell by date and everyone told us they couldn't be recovered. Then I found South West Upholstery. From the office helping me to be happy with the final colour match to the delivery this has been a dream company to deal with. I couldn't help but say thank you. Two 20 year old leather sofas fully reupholstered, great job quality workmanship, They look brand new again. If anything probably better than we were expecting.Would not hesitate to use again.

Really fabulous service from Abi and the team at South West Upholstery (SWU). Our 10 year old bench and chairs were in need of being reupholstered and after a google search, we found two companies that we chose to approach. SWU were the only one that had a showroom where we could view samples. This was very important to us as we would struggle to select samples from website images alone. The advice received at that appointment was also very valuable. Once we had selected our fabric, Abi arranged for their operative Mike to collect our furniture. Four weeks later we received an email to confirm the work was complete. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding, and it is lovely to have our furniture looking immaculate again. Thank you.

I really love my new settee! It is a thing of great beauty and is so professionally done. My only tiny complaint is that the initial quote is based on the cheapest fabric. The material was then chosen after the deposit was paid which put the price up quite a bit. However I really love it and I the material is absolutely gorgeous and lovely to sit on. It will bring joy for years to come.

Our little girls chair was reupholstered in a beautiful Disney fabric. It was done so skilfully and looks beautiful. Really quick turnaround time to!

We had a garden furniture set which the original cushions were discoloured and ruined from one summer. We reached out to South West Upholstery to have some bespoke cushions made for the original L shape furniture. In which they provided a top quality product in the timeframe discussed. We are over the moon with what they have produced and will have no problem recommending and continue to use South West Upholstery!

I debated whether to get my Dad's old Parker Knoll chair repaired and in the end sentimentality won out and the fact that it is a very comfortable chair to sit in - not unfortunately with the bottom fallen through. I'm really pleased with the seat repair and new cushion. South West Upholstery have very helpful staff, always in contact about fabrics, pick-up dates etc.

All the way through the team were friendly and helpful and kept us informed what was happening. The samples were sent promptly to help us make and decision on the fabric and I can’t believe they did the whole upholstery renewal within 2 weeks after collecting the three piece suite!! It was great that they were able to re-use the seat pads which anre now lovely and firm and tighten the spring packs- so there was very little wasted from the original sofa which is good ecologically. Really pleased with end result and would definitely recommend South West Upholstery if you want to get your suite re-covered.

An excellent job, not cheap but worth it. Very quick to respond to emails. A HUGE choice of material which was just what we needed to make the right choice. Definitely recommended.

This comany is thorough, helpful and restors old furniture into the beauty that it was in the past.
My great grandfather's chair is now perfection, and I can thinnk of him writing his sermons when I sit and write my poems.
