Pricey, but absolutely worth it
I usually don’t trust websites where almost everything is constantly on sale, as it often makes me think of scam-type shops, but I’ve now placed three orders with Swyft (one sofa bed and two storage ottomans) and haven’t been disappointed.
Assembly is very simple, or not required at all, and the overall quality is excellent. We used the Model 08 Two-Seater Sofa Bed when we had family staying over, and with the addition of a topper, it was surprisingly comfortable, although still slightly firm.
I do think it’s a little on the expensive side, but it’s far better and more stylish than most sofa beds I've seen, so in my opinion, it’s still worth the money.

Wrong size bed delivered
This is the third time I’m purchasing furniture from Swyft. Unfortunately, on this occassion, the wrong size bed was delivered. Needless to say, this caused us great deal of disruption and discomfort. I appreciate the team’s efforts in amending the issue by their prompt response however the delivery time was still 2 more weeks. I do hope that what we originally ordered will finally reach us!

Sofa Bed hasn’t lasted Two Years
Purchased a Swyft model 04 sofa bed in 2024 - slightly less than two years ago. The sofa bed is now caving into the centre. It has been used as a sofa bed fairly regularly and we have been told by John Lewis that this is why the sofa bed is now essentially unusable as a bed. The reason we spent £2000 (!!!) on a Swyft sofa bed was due to the pocket sprung mattress and the fact that it is supposedly high quality and well built. There is nothing on their website to state it should only be occasionally used as a bed.
For the sofa to not have even lasted two years is outrageous. I would certainly not recommend this product as either a sofa (uncomfortable) or a sofa bed. We have been using it with the mattress protector as well.
A waste of £2000, spend your money on an Ikea daybed instead. Much better value.

Just pray that you don't need support
I originally ordered a couch, table, and a chair. The day of delivery, I suddenly received an email saying that "the customer was not home." I immediately called Swyft, who called the delivery company. They said they called the phone number and nobody answered - turned out my phone number was wrong in their system, unclear if it was my issue or theirs. The delivery company apparently couldn't be bothered to try ringing the doorbell.
They came the next day again. I had paid for the assembly, mostly because it included removal of the large boxes & trash, which is quite difficult in my area of London. They opened the 5 boxes, 3 for the couch, one for the table, and I believe the chair came with just some wrapping around it, no box. The third box of the couch was the wrong color, so the delivery team contacted Swyft, and took the incorrect box back. They shoved all the chair's padding into the box from the table, and refused to take it - saying the assembly only covered the couch, so they wouldn't be taking it.
Later that day, Swyft called me to reschedule the third part of the couch. Keep in mind, this box is partially made of wood, is quite large, and now completely filled with packing foam & other materials - this isn't just an amazon delivery box.
I believe it was a couple days until the delivery company could come out there with the correct piece of the couch. About 10 minutes before they arrived, I had received an email mentioning a schedule change, so I called Swyft, and they said it was an error. While on the phone they also assured me that the delivery team previously should have removed the table's box, and they'd contact the delivery company to guarantee it was removed during today's delivery. When the delivery team arrived, the pieces were correct, and they assembled the couch, as expected. They said they hadn't received any notification from Swyft to take the old box, so they wouldn't take it. They also said even if they had heard, they didn't have room in the truck.
A day goes by, and I realize - the way they arranged the cushions on the couch hadn't made it obvious at first, but I was missing cushions. Specifically one of the larger backrest ones. So I start looking at the cushions & pillows I do have, and all of them have zippers, but only one of them has the actual zipper pull, and only two of them move. The others seem like broken zippers.
So I contact Swyft to get new cushions sent. This time I sent an email. Didn't hear back for days, sent another, didn't hear back, sent another, nothing. I eventually called. They scheduled to send me out the missing cushion as well as replacement cushions. Couple days go by and the delivery team comes, with the one missing cushion and the replacement for one of the smaller pillows. And the smaller pillow's zipper also doesn't work. Nothing else.
So I sit here, almost a month later, with a visually correct couch, but pillows and cushions that don't have functioning zippers. Four visits and one driveby from the delivery team. I eventually removed the box + wood myself. Support gave me £50 refund, when they had sent the wrong color. But nothing else since then. The real slap in the face is that they have since then cut the price of the chair in half, listing it now for about £200.

In terms of the cushions, you may notice zippers on the covers — these are used during the manufacturing process to ensure the filling is positioned correctly. They are not designed for regular use or removal, which is why they may not function as expected. They aren’t designed for removal at home, so the cushion stays perfectly fitted and comfy for you.
A manager is reviewing your case as a priority and will be in touch with you today to look into this further and discuss next steps.

Great company and great product
Great company and great product. I bought a sofa bed, I was looked after by Swyft so well that I wish I had a need to buy another sofa! Mariana, Steve and Chris looked after me to ensure end to end service is personal and great. I have not had this experience in a long time from a company!
The sofa bed is well made and sturdy, its worth the investment in a proper sofa bed and I can recommend Swyft without any hesitation.
