I‘m so happy with my new furniture
I‘m so happy with my new furniture! I got a dining table with chairs and a bank as well as a sideboard, and I love everything about it. The quality seems great, assembly was as easy as can be and it was all really really well packed and delivered. Customer service was great (I needed to change delivery dates and the address, which went perfectly) and they helped me with that perfectly. I absolutely recommend this brand!

The service was good, the chairs I got - Model 01, dark color with brown leather - gorgeous, good quality.
Only thing - the sticker underneath could be easier removed, like less glue, or different glue, but that is nitpicking. Would buy again.

Amazing Quality and Excellent Service
I discovered a beautiful coffee table and immediately placed an order. The checkout process was seamless, with multiple payment options available.
After payment, the distributor contacted me via email and SMS to schedule the delivery. The day before arrival, I received a two-hour delivery window, which made it easy to plan my day. The driver called 30 minutes before they arrived, right within the specified timeframe.
Unfortunately, the table had a minor defect with its drawer. I contacted customer service, and my agent, N.A., went above and beond to find a perfect solution, responding in just one business day.
The quality of the table is fantastic, and the overall service is excellent. I would highly recommend Swyft to my family and friends!
