Withdrawal disable but did not return the fund

I had very bad experience with this company. My money was blocked as they considered one of my transactions suspicious. It was a very small transaction compared to my multiple previous transactions. My money was blocked, I could not withdraw my funds, transfer my crypto to other wallets or exchanges. Everything is blocked for at least three months and now they demand from my prove of my income. I will no longer be able to transfer funds to any wallets that I am not able to prove they belong to me, so I will not be able to transfer to my hardware wallets for example. I did provide explanation for the transaction, screenshots, etc. They still decided my explanation is not good for them and my money is blocked. I do not recommend using this platform to any serious crypto investors.

NeW Zealand IRD will get your documents of buying selling in new rules in force for the IRD that gives them power to obtain information on your crypto assets trading etc swftftx has all fake reviews none of them are actally real people i would suggest to close swftftx asap before the IRD gets u !!!! look on google under IRD You see crypto assets to be taxed !!!!

My customer service attendant (Shaun) was great. Talked me through a process step by step, was patient and highly knowledgeable about what we were doing.
Everything worked well and I'm stoked.

When Swyftx bought Easy Crypto I followed the instructions to transfer across. About 2 months later and lots erroneous error messages and back and forth with their support, they said I can’t login from an overseas country to their app, and the outcome was that I had to withdraw all my crypto from easycrypto or risk losing it. This has been a terrible experience, I have no confidence in their tech as the error messages didn’t make sense and it was impossible to pass their human (pick all images of a bus) as it just kept looping. I would not recommend this platform to anybody.

I switched over from Easy Crypto to Swyftx. It was fast and easy. I really like the APP and its interface. I like the ability to just use NZD to transact. Putting money into the account is fast and easy with no currency exchange or loss due to fees. I made a small rookie mistake with a deposit and they fixed it super fast. Great comms by Donnie 👍

I migrated to Swyftx from EasyCrypto. The process was straightforward, aided greatly by excellent support from Adam at Swyftx.

The platform seems well laid out and intuitive and the rates are competitive. 5 stars out of 5 so far!

One of the worst experiences, with no customer loyalty, after 6 years, with zero care. Will lock you out of a transaction and indeed access to everything if you have what 'they' deem as a risky transaction, even one to my own wallet.

Not a great experience at the start but the phone service from Jessica was great and she helped me a lot. Thanks Jessica!

Every person I delt with over a number of days was courteous and efficient particularly Gino who I delt with towards the end of the problem that I had.
