Some good features, but also be great if you didn't need to preload cash to yrade

When moving some funds into the wallet I had an issue with funds not showing up after 2-3 days. Therefore I connected the service team and got a reply inside 30 minutes with all issues sorted and funds showing up. Fast and efficient service, much appreciated!

Couldn't be more happy so far with Swyftx . I used to be a crypto.com user and find this site much easier and more competitive but like crypto.com doesn't hold a few coins I think it should so I have to use other sites to buy them unfortunately. That's my only knock otherwise I love ❤️ it !!

I have had no problems utilising Swyftx’s services with their deposits showing up quickly (using osko bank transfer) and buys have been great too. Orders being filled even during the October 10 dump. Would be good if they had a few more coins available like provenance’s Hash but overall a good selection. Spreads could be a bit better to but overall a good experience.

They have a fairly straightforward app & do reply to queries. They are definitely security concious (sometines to tge point of over zealousness I think, but still, better than losing your crypto.
Also supporters of the NRL.

I recently had an audit on our SMSF, which led me to open and transfer funds from a personal account to an SMSF account with Swyftx. Daniel, my support representative, was instrumental throughout the process. He set up the SMSF account quickly and guided me through each step of the transfer, explaining everything in clear detail. I’ve never had anyone walk me through the process so thoroughly, his patience, commitment, and professionalism made the whole experience seamless.

I had difficulties to ID verification in the beginning for security reason. After that deposit, buy and withdrawel are smooter.Also price and fees are right.

They are not professional,they send my package to another address and when I complained a refund for this package,they told me ask a refund from the seller which is not correct

Thanks for such a waste of time. Honestly I was happy up until I had to do all this malarky of address confirmation. I can confidently say that I will never use Swyftx ever again and I will advise anyone I know to steer clear of your platform for the most ridiculous, pedantic & frankly absurd tasks you require for a simple withdrawal.

Recently moved from easy crytpo exchange to Swyftx, while had a few hick ups along the way, I only discovered that in fact I already had a account that I opened years ago. Swyftx were fantastic in the help, both the AI prompts were helpful, but also when I got to a point where I needed human help that was easy and very fast to answer. I have faith in Swyftx as now I have tried everything - deposit. Fiat, brought coins, and the reversed the process. No issues.

Have been using Swyftx for awhile now - I like the platform and hadn’t raised a query to support until recently where I had a query whilst overseas. Support assisted me very quickly with the query and was happy with the response. I would recommend their platform
