Great platform for confidently entering the world of crypto investing!

I had a very frustrating experience with Swyftx. Depositing money was extremely fast and easy, but the problems started when I tried to transfer my crypto to another platform.

My transfer kept getting delayed, and an agent named Donnie kept asking questions instead of processing it. After waiting for a long time, I decided to cancel the transfer and just withdraw my money back to my Australian bank account. However, when I tried to withdraw, my funds showed as “pending” with multiple restrictions placed on my account.

It honestly felt like the platform was making it difficult to move or access my own money. The agents did not help resolve the issue quickly and seemed to slow everything down.

Fast deposits, but very hard to get your money out. I personally would not trust this platform based on my experience.

Set up my SMSF with Swyftx. They made the process so easy to do and were so professional in every process. Am looking forward to a long term relationship with my account management team to grow my personal and SMSF crypto accounts.

I have been using Swyftx for years, where it really shines is that customer service is great. I have previously tried to set up an account for a trust with other exchanges and it was truly arduous. I recently opened an account for a trust and it was done within a day, I did not have to fill pages and pages of paperwork, simply sent the trust deed and the rest was done for me.

I have found this exchange to charge excessively high fees, and provide a poor service. Would not recommend. I would recommend you check the value of your portfolio before & after you trade so you can see the true (vs their advertised) cost of trading.

Swyftx is just so easy to use, especially compared to some of the other trading sites. Australian Banks trust them too which is a huge bonus

I am only new to dealing with the service provider and I have found it to be very professional and very Easy to make transfers between accounts, I am still trying to navigate my way through the process as far as crypto wallets and trading transactions, but I feel confident that I will manage to figure it out sometime soon.

Easy to deal with and very helpful

I’d never heard of these guys until I was given $20 bitcoin credit after making an online purchase. I signed up and got verified (a fairly simple process.)
I found their interface to be very user friendly and I also used their chat bot which was very smart! The bot was able to decipher and answer my questions without me needing to wait for a person.
I was immediately able to use the $20 which was pretty cool. I would recommend this up and coming Australian company for all your crypto needs.

I do not even want to give them a single star. These shady people will disable your account for no reason. I wanted to transfer USDT from Swyftx to Binance, and they got butthurt and disabled my account for a freaking three months. They just wanted me to leave my USDT in Swyftx. Also, they offer people $10 for a review. All the reviews you see are bribed. It's a shit platform.

I deposited 500 Australian dollars and wanted to get set up to play. I eventually thought I was ready to get moving when I was requested for too many things including split screenshots and the like, It just made things so difficult and I eventually withdrew my money and joined another cryptocurrency market trader and have no problem whatsoever.

Very clean and beautiful interface of the application.
Vey easy to open new account, very fast deposit option and easy to buy either one crypto, multiple or good bundle options.

Sorry for the bad review, I can't emphasize enough about SWIFTX out of all the exchanges on the planet this one has to be to worst to use. If you have hours of time to waste this exchange is for you.
They take your money easily enough set up is standard but then good luck getting it out or buying, selling or trading...
Bronze, silver, gold memberships when all your want to do is use their exchange. Countless photos, emails, videos, to prove you're you and what you want to do is really what your want to do.
The interrogation interviews, for your protection they say. Even if you're sending or transferring money to YOURSELF. Sorry.

This is my third time using their exchange, after speaking to a rep several times even the CEO the First time I experienced my problems, which cost me thousands because I couldn't trade they blocked my account, I was met with SORRYs, if your really sorry back it up with money that I lost. Sorry means nothing in the end.

The support: if you have 3 days to wait offers more SORRYs and reasons why your an idiot.
I'm sorry for recommending to my girlfriend to purchased with them and has been trying to move it to her cold wallet. I thought after my feed back things would be easier but no it's even worse now I'm sorry for that.

Sorry Perhaps I should cool off before writing. However I did that last time to no avail. Sorry for this poor review
