Ordered a battery for my Kugoo S1 only to be told two days later they are not in stock and cant be shipped from the EU, now I have to wait 3-5 days for refund before I can order elsewhere. lesson learned, go to the original manufacturers from now on. good communication though.

Excellent customer service
I ordered two electric scooters on the website and quickly received an email to confirm my order.
Whilst waiting for delivery I had regular updates of the scooters' location and I was also able to track the packages.
Every email I sent to the company was responded to unbelievably quickly and I cannot fault the customer service.
The scooters are amazing, good quality, super quick and 100 times better than expected.
Thank you Scoot City I will definitely be recommending you to my friends.

Good but with some issues.
It arived quick. I like that its fast and the suspension is great. Dont need to push your self off to start riding it and has a kick to it. I did manage to do a wheelie which was surprising.
But it has a lot of issues from my perspective. For example, the steering feels flimsy. Also it makes noises as you drive like parts rubbing. The other bad thing is probably the range. Of course i was using the 3rd speed, which I managed to reach 40km/h, but it only lasted about 5-7 miles and i only weight 80kg. Another thing that i found disapppointing is the front suspension. They its full suspension but I tried jumping on the scooter and only the rear suspesion works. The front suspesion coils looks like just decorative.
Instruction manual could be improved by adding more information. Tried to change to mph but couldnt find a way. Also it looks like it need improvements on translation as some of the sentences in the manual were hard to understand.

Really happy with this scooter
Really happy with this scooter. Though I have only used once so far due to weather.
Communication was also great. Delivered within 5 working days. Tracking of parcel didn’t update, but scooter came within the suggested delivery period.

A service second to none
Everywhere appeared to be sold out of the scooter we wanted to buy apart from Scoot City Scooters. While it was considerably more expensive, with free delivery and the 5% discount the price became comparable with other sites. With the added worry of Christmas deliveries, Pascual assured me via the online live chat that it would arrive within 7 days, it actually arrived, to my delight, within 24hours. I also had a call to ensure safe delivery as I wasn't home to collect. This customer service was second to none.
