This is my third time ordering from Sybotanica. My plants are thriving happily with their soil and fertiliser.

Excellent customer service—quick, professional, and committed to customer satisfaction. I usually buy aroid and anthurium soil, but this time I received a bag of Zeolite instead of the anthurium soil I ordered. Customer service was very helpful and sent a new bag immediately. I definitely recommend Sybotanica, especially because their aroid and anthurium mixes are excellent for my plants.

Everything from searching for my products, to purchase to the delivery went smoothly. No complaints whatsoever. Will purchase from them again

Fast and easy order. Soil looks an feels quite fluffy und good. Minus one star for quite an amount of grass and sticks in the moss.
The self watering pots Look okay - will see what they will do to my plants!

Really good soil.
Repotted several of my plants that were doing not so good, and now they’re thriving. Bought self-watering pots to keep propagations in and they are a wonder. As well as the plant food, it really makes a difference in how fast and well the plants grow

Shipping was really fast. Unfortunately there was an item missing but they delivered the missing item after telling them really fast too.

The aroid mix is of excellent quality. It’s nicely airy and can retain moisture well.
The only point I didn’t like is that the substrate arrives in a damp condition. If you don’t take it out of the bag right away, it starts to develop an unpleasant smell after a few days.

Very nice quality products and quick delivery! They also provide very clear guides and video on how to repot plants, which was really helpful for me. As someone who tends to accidentally kill plants, it gave me a bit more confidence and reassurance while taking care of them 🙈
