Major fault with RUG
I bought a small runner from Sydney Rugs online and there is a piece missing from the end of it.
The rug is clearly faulty. I sent a photo and text to Sara about the rug and she completely ignored me. They should be telling their customers that their rugs are cheap because they are faulty. I could take them to court and get my money back however its not worth the effort and I still like the rug. I am however putting a complaint in on the ACCC website and to fair trading.
What a shame on Sara and Sydney rugs for just ignoring customer with clear faults in their rugs.
