Excellent glasses lot of selection ordered another pair so very helpful at choosing lens etc, email you very quickly to verify you have chosen correct lenses etc would highly recommend.

Excellent, patient, friendly & thorough customer service, this is now my second order. The first order I was so happy with the frames, very light, so now I am waiting for the 2nd order to arrive, but it is the customer support team that makes all the difference. If that didn't exist, for sure I would not be returning to Syght Glass. I hope your management reads these reviews and the support team receives the credit appreciation and good decent salary they deserve, because without them, you don't have a successful company, you can have great products, but they are you're frontline!

The Syght Glass are very cooperative and very polite company to work with. The glasses are very, very good, and when ordered, you receive a box, etui and a chain for each papir of glasses. I’m gonna order my glasses again for sure.

I’m leaving 3 stars for now. The product itself may be fine, but the customer service experience has been disappointing. After several back-and-forth emails, I’m still no further forward in getting a proper update on my order. Instead of handling it directly, I was told to contact the courier myself.

As a customer, I shouldn’t have to chase multiple companies to find out where my parcel is. It is the retailer’s responsibility to track the order and keep their customers informed — not to shift the responsibility elsewhere.

If this is resolved promptly and professionally, I’ll be happy to revise my rating. However, if nothing changes, I will lower it accordingly.

This is my 3rd time ordering from Syght glasses due to the gorgeous new frames and wide variety of styles being uploaded on their website. I stare at screens all day and blue light glasses have reduced my eye strain, I come home from work and don’t feel as tired. They’re high quality and affordable. Even if you’re skeptical about blue light being a ‘placebo effect’, it’s worth the buy due to the affordability and read the reviews, they do speak for themselves!

Syght Glass has a wonderful range of frames to choose from and they got my prescription absolutely perfect. The customer service is absolutely amazing and the Blue Light Blocker add on really helps me as I stare at a screen all day for work. Would highly recommend shopping with Syght Glass.

Overall great product the 365 day warranty for defects and the like is very handy and offered to send replacement nosepads when one of mine fell off

I will admit I have broken my glasses and have boughten another one because there not the most durable for at least the frame that I got. I got great help when the most recent glasses I got had broken legs (temples) because my warranty was still good at the time when they broke, which was two day before my warranty expired, and I could still ask if I get get them renewed. I was given a new frame and it was free of charge even though it was a day past from when I received it when I was still emailing them.

Very happy with my variofocal glasses from Syght.. I was a bit apprehensive, as it was first time buying glasses online. The frames are excellent quality, prescription is perfect and they are comfortable to wear. The selection of frames is amazing and the price is a quarter of what I usually pay on the high street. I will definitely be back for more!!

I have not yet received my glasses, but the customer service from Leaf throughout the manufacturing process has been excellent. The team are very quick to respond to my questions and are going out of their way to ensure my prescription and glasses are tailored exactly to my needs.

I stare at screens all day, naturally nowadays. Even while using eye comfort settings on all my devices, I started getting intense headaches stemming from my eyes. Eventually I got a pair of Syght glasses and haven't had any headaches or eye strain issues. I lost my first pair after about 3 months, so I just ordered another. They decided to include a complementary pair of glasses as well and honestly that's so helpful. I've never had glasses so I feel I will be prone to losing them again in the future. Great product, great results, great team!

I didn't know about blue light glasses till my dad mentioned them and he's 30 years older than me. These glasses have made me less paranoid about the exposure of the risks of blue light and being protected makes me feel like I'm wearing sunglasses.
They are also scratch resistant which helps because it's q better investment than some cheap glasses.

Ordered my glasses as all options for thinner lenses, adaptive colours were so much cheaper than high street opticians. The customer service online chat was 10 out of 10, they helped me get my 20% discount back that I forgot to use at the checkout.my prescription is really high but they still were delivered in just over a week, and the delivery package was 10 out of 10 with well packaged extras like straps, tool and cloth. Well happy with this company!

I am absolutely dissatisfied that I was cheated out of my money. Unfortunately, after a month and a half, I still haven't received my glasses, even though I wrote to customer support and emailed them more than once.
The last response was, "This is the first time this has happened to us, we will send you a new order number." After that, I received an email asking me to leave a review about the glasses THAT I DID NOT RECEIVE.

They are an amazing company the staff are really friendly I made an error in my initial order and they did everything possible to help me out the staff member that helped me was named lead thank you for all the help you provided me

Terrible. Took 3 weeks to arrive, and once they had - they were way more magnifying than my prescription, the lenses were so thick; like glaciers in 2004.
Lastly, looking through these glasses is impossible due to the motion sickness arousing crazy warp that happens at any movement of the head.
Look up how to return them because they are not correct or fit for purpose & they don't accept the return of prescription lenses even if they are wrong & they have the CHEEK to charge a $20 handling fee for the pleasure of me sending my own defective item back to them.
Best paid postie in the World right there.
Pay for it cheap, pay for it twice.
Avoid this.
