Waited a long time for delivery - almost a couple of months! Product was fine when it arrived!

If I could give zero stars I would. Plastic like material.. very tacky and low quality. If you don’t like the fit or the material, shipping back for a refund is on you.. back to DUBAI! More expensive to ship than the cost of the dresses… this is a scam. They make tons of money on people not returning the items and throwing them in the garbage.. Dollar stores have better clothes than these. That should tell you something. Also took three months to receive my order and when I emailed them, they wanted me to send pictures of myself in the dresses!! What? SCAM company.

Fabric seems poor quality - although design is nice

I ordered three dresses from the online shop Syltia. I contacted them first asking about their return policy. I was not crazy about their return policy, especially ordering from a company I had never heard of. I was assured I could return the items if damaged, or wrong sizing. Upon receiving the three dresses, I was very unsatisfied with two of them, and reached out to Syltia for a return label, but first they would have to send me an authorization return number. I have yet to ever hear back from this company, and now I am stuck with two dresses I will never wear. I ordered the items back in the beginning of July and it took over a month to receive them. I believe they arrived August 9th, so my cut off was September 9, 2021. As of today, no response from them. Extremely disappointed and will pass this along to all my friends and family.

I didn’t realise it would take so long and summer is nearly over. No communication telling me to expect it to take that long, but pleased with goods when it did arrive.

I ordered 4 dresses and only 3 came in the mail after waiting over a month for them. Wanted to return the 3 dresses !!i was trying to return this dress for a refund i sent an email to the company for a return and refund no response from them at all them i went on the social media like facebook and did research about this company and i found this help which is SIX ZERO SEVEN⁴³⁸⁻³⁴⁹⁸i reach out the support team and sorted out my return issue within a minute it’s time-consuming but this was done very quickly with great customer service from this company

Hello. Thank you for sending the two tops. I love them and am surprised at the quality. Delivery was slow but expected as was related to the mail system in Australia being impacted by Covid outbreaks.

I love my purchase. The only disappointment is the turn around time. But that may be due to the current climate we live in. It took a long time to arrive. The garment is exactly as advertised so I will purchase again.
