Unfortunately, my experience with Syna has been disappointing.
After cancelling my order, I only received a partial refund – the replacement voucher for the rest of the amount was issued but doesn’t work. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, the issue remains unresolved. I expected better support from a brand I trusted.
Unfortunately, this has been the worst customer support experience I’ve ever had.

Ordered a tracksuit for £375 which was meant to be a XL when it arrived it’s literally the same size as a female size 8-10. Company only agreed to exchange after I pointed out UK Distance selling regulations. New packaged arrived and they have sent what looks like a badly made pair of men’s pyjamas (shorts & T-Shirt.

Made an order December 2024, it arrived and the the items were poor quality therefore tried to return asap were no return label emailed and send dms - they finally replied with the returns label, sent this off with tracked delivery I got notified they received my order 14/02/2025. I emailed 3 weeks later as still no refund and I have had no reply. It is now the 17/03/2025 and I have still had no contact/refund. This is disgusting as I spend abit of money on there and now have been months without it. The customer service is shocking/is there even one?

Absolutely horrific customer experience. After waiting 6 weeks with no shipping update, I begged for a refund and cancellation for weeks. They ghosted me until the shipment started moving so I couldn’t get a refund. They lied so many times saying it would ship by the end of weeks for … weeks.

On top of that, they ran flash sales with “next day shipping” while I was waiting for my order to move. Such a scam.

Terrible company. Learn how to run a business because this is not it.

All the people stating that there order hasn't arrived is because when central cee album drops they ship it mine has arrived now

Such a scam… I ordered a T-shirt from Black Fridays drop on 29 November. Still haven’t gotten anything. They just took my money. They don’t respond in my emails anymore. A guy called Shane Combalicer was emailing me and he thought that I have got a refund, which in reality I haven’t gotten any and now he doesn’t respond. Awful from all angles. Hope they get reported.

I would have put zero stars but option not available. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I placed an order for a tracksuit, the order hasn’t came and the page is no longer available.

I can only strongly advise everyone not to order from synaworlds! We ordered a winter jacket that arrived with a broken button – absolutely unacceptable for the price. But that's not all! We have tried to contact customer service four times to resolve the issue. But not once was our e-mails or calls answered! I have never experienced such catastrophic communication. It seems like the company doesn't care at all about how it treats its customers. I will certainly never order from synaworlds again and strongly advise everyone to avoid that as well. Too bad about the money!

Ich kann nur jedem dringend davon abraten, bei synaworlds zu bestellen! Wir haben eine Winterjacke bestellt, die mit einem kaputten Knopf bei uns ankam – absolut inakzeptabel für den Preis. Aber das war noch nicht alles! Wir haben viermal versucht, Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice aufzunehmen, um das Problem zu klären. Doch kein einziges Mal wurde auf unsere E-Mails oder Anrufe reagiert!

So eine katastrophale Kommunikation habe ich noch nie erlebt. Es scheint, als wäre es dem Unternehmen völlig egal, wie es mit seinen Kunden umgeht. Ich werde sicherlich nie wieder bei synaworlds bestellen und rate jedem dringend, das auch zu vermeiden. Schade um das Geld!

I would give no stars if I could, absolute disgrace as just ripping people off with fake and faulty items!! Everyone please report as they will keep taking peoples money and getting away with it!! This company needs shutting down, taking kids money sending fake items and faulty, sizing completely wrong, use every excuse under the sun not to refund children’s money they have saved, disgusting!!

Scam! Bought 1 tracksuit and got 1 paper car sticker delivered instead! They do not reply or refund..bye bye money.

Proved their sizing guide wrong only for them to refuse refund and offer 10% off my next order. Will never order from there again

100% scam. They’ll play games over email and tell you they’ll tell you that they’re going to transfer you to another department and give you a refund but they never do.

I ordered a small grey tracksuit. I received a large grey tracksuit…but the size was the least of the problems. It didn’t have a Syna tag—the only tag had the size and washing instructions. The logos were poorly applied and flat (no outline/color variation). Instead of a single front pocket, it had two pockets that went under the shirt. There was no embroidery on the pants. The pants didn’t have the zips at the bottom. It is extremely obvious that it wasn’t real.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They are scammers and not authentic. It has loop holes in its return policy and does not allow you to return 'SALE' items even though the site is constantly on Sale. It does not state that they are Replica Tracksuits. Absolutely disgusting.

Garbage product - not authentic. Do not buy. Extremely poor quality and fake. They do not allow for returns despite the return policy on their website stating 14 days. There is a loophole that says all "sale" merch is final sale, but every single item on their website is permanently on sale.

Please do not buy from here. Brought a syna tracksuit for over £90. It was fake and faulty! Have tried to return and get my money back but they refuse! This is the worst company I have ever known!

Stay well away. They sell cheap fake goods. Paid £80 for a tracksuit. Totally fake and now they don't want to deal with it

If I could give no stars I would ! Never ever deal with this company they are scammers and the product is of cheap terrible quality
The price was £88 a total rip of to be honest wouldn’t even pay £8 if I saw the product
