Sync 3D is a London 3D printing service run by two mechanical engineers. Upload an STL, 3MF or STEP file at sync-3d.co.uk and see the exact price in about 30 seconds. Parts start from £3.50, PETG is priced at £0.18 per gram, there is no minimum order and no VAT is added. Every file is checked by an engineer before it prints. We look at wall thickness, orientation, tolerances and fit, and we tell you if something will not work as drawn rather than printing it anyway. Parts are printed in PETG, a tough material suited to functional parts: brackets, clips, adapters, replacement parts for appliances and furniture, prototypes and small batches. Batch runs of 10 or more parts are discounted, and business customers can be invoiced against a purchase order. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours and sent Royal Mail Tracked to any UK address for £5.45, free on orders over £40. Nothing is charged until your part has been printed and checked. If a part arrives damaged or not as ordered, we reprint it at no charge. We are a small workshop, so you deal with the engineer who printed your part. Questions about files, materials or whether a design will print are welcome by email before you order.

I had a great experience getting a part 3D printed with sync 3D. They answered all of my queries, sent me pictures of the part in real time and were very accommodating with all of my needs. They even kindly printed me a second part generously for no extra cost! I will definitely be using them again to get further 3D prints done, an absolute gem for those of us in London who don’t have 3D printers!
