Daniel Was AMAZING.

Daniel, on chat responded immediately, fixed my sync of calendar and contacts, and was the fastest guy I have ever seen. Nice work. Wow. I'll tell everyone I know. Daniel was amazing. What an asset to 4Team

Brilliant as usual!

As usual, your people were brilliant! They understood the problem, and raced around the screen fixing it and then made sure I understood what they'd done. For owner-mangers like me who dont have an IT Support department these guys are a life saver. Worth every penny of the support call cost!

The Best Products and The VERY Best Support

I have used 4Team Products for years. Specifically Sync2 and Sync2Cloud.. Unfortunately these products sometimes can be at the mercy of Google and others that make changes some dramatic that cause issues. Having said that whenever I have had an issue their support is the best in the world of any software i have ever used. Daniel is the very best of the best and knows their stuff so well but all the technicians have been incredible. They know their products. They are patient. They are EXCELLENT communicators. I will say use their products with confidence. Worth every penny and the people are worth their weight in gold! Thank you Daniel and thanks to 4Team for being the BEST Team!!!!

Gave them 13 years. More fool me.

Have been with these guys since 2012, Support has been varied over the years. Sometimes good, sometimes bad. I have used the "Sync2" product to synchronise my outlook calendars with various other platforms. The programme itself has a "hissy-fit" about once a year and needs setting up again. I have purchased 3 license key versions over the years. A couple of years ago, I had to contact support and was told the usual "you have to pay again to receive support" but they did answer my question as to why my exchange outlook had stopped syncing with my personal office 365 calendar and said it was a Microsoft issue and that Microsoft had changed their programme so that bit no longer worked (to this day they still advertise as that part working). Anyway, I then decided to use the software to only sync my work exchange outlook to google and then go from there. This has worked (not flawlessly but you deal with issues as and when they arise) until the last couple of weeks. Now the program wont even run. I'm pretty IT savvy so reinstalled and got rid of all remanence of the programme. Still, it opens an "instance" but the programme doesn't run. Now, when contacting support was told to "pay up". Enough! I'm now using calendarbridge. Yes, its a subscription but guess what, it actually works flawlessly without having to install on one machine and then only being able to sync outlook calendar from that machine. Its web-based, works with exchange to personal office 365 account and there is no software to deal with. Wish I had done this years ago. If you're looking for a simple calendar sync tool that you can just forget about, does its job in the background and doesn't use a tonne of system resources for no reason then Sync2 is NOT what you're after.

As we can see you purchased tool on 10/16/2021 which comes with 1 year free support and upgrades. Your free support and upgrades expired on 10/16/2022, so to get help you would need to upgrade your license. You also have only 1 expired license, not 3 licenses. You can find our licensing policy here: https://www.sync2.com/licensing

During the past few months Microsoft released new Windows 11 update that caused issues with Sync2 start. We had to release new version of our tool to fix Windows 11 update issues and adapt our tool so it would work with new Windows version. This required our developers time and investments to make tool reliable and working with brand new Windows update. You can downgrade your Windows to previous official version (not preview ones) and old Sync2 version you had should work just fine.

In your case, your free support and upgrades expired 10/16/2022. For tool to work on brand new Windows 11 version you would need to install latest Sync2 version. To use the latest version you would need to purchase license upgrade.

Was having a problem starting Sync2Cloud. Started a LiveChat with support. Danial was able to diagnose the issue and fix it within a few minutes. Excellent Service.
