This company was OK at first
This company was OK at first. Products were incomplete and descriptions were horrible. Couldn't get them translated. I stopped using. After realizing I was still being charged, I canceled my subscription. Following month, charged again. Contacted customer support and was assured it wouldn't happen again. Following month. Charged again. Contact customer support. Same thing. They lied like I didn't cancel the subscription. And then said but I can see where it was canceled, so next month you won't be charged. And somehow, they still on my statement. At this point I assume they just taking my money and it's not right or fair. But of course the little people get stepped on.
