I have limited experience with the JS components, but the ones I have used are amazing. The Pivot Table is exceptional (Angular) and saved countless hours for a project I got pulled into.

I highly recommend Syncfusion.

I use the Syncfusion components in my WPF application. I find them very good, the only reason I slightly marked them down, is that they are primarily designed for code behind, rather than MVVM. That said, their support is great and more of the components and the examples are becoming MVVM friendly.

Essential Studio has been a game-changer for my development workflow.

It covers nearly every UI need, from grids and charts to PDF. The controls are fast, flexible, and integrate smoothly across platforms like Blazor, .NET MAUI, and JavaScript.

What really stands out is the community license.

If you’re building modern apps and want to save time without sacrificing quality, Syncfusion is a solid bet.

Excellent product, well-written documentation, especially the DocIo section, which I use the most, helpful support.

There are many factors, and I will share with you a few reasons:

The user-friendly platform made it super easy for my team to switch from D***S*** to Bold Sign as well as the absolute NO PRESSURE from the rep made it a no-brainer. The Bold Sign team was super helpful in getting everything set up as well. The flat monthly rate is also saving us money compared to the other company who was (in my opinion) not very ethical in their sales/billing practices. Thank you Bold Sign!

We've been using their libraries for pdf creation and Word document reading/modification for a few years now and I can attest that it's excellent software with great documentation.

On top of that, their support is exceptional: over these years, we encountered a few bugs/edge cases that we've reported and each of them were swiftly handled and resolved.

Great experience with Blazor controls, helpful and fast support

I use some of the docio and pdf components for one of my projects. They are stable and reliable and there is plenty of documentation out there. If you need support, he is very fast and helpful

Great, company, really responsive and really helpful.

If I have a question, they usually accompany the response with some source examples written just for me.

I use some of the blazor components for one of my projects. They are stable and reliable and there is plenty of documentation out there. And their support is great.

We were looking for a free solution for our non-profit Chinese school and we found it in Boldsign. They offer a free program for non-profits that suited our needs. The importing of contact was very useful, and the document set-up part was easy to use and straightforward. We needed to use approximately 30-40 signatures every year and this worked well for our needs. Customer support was easy to work with whenever we had an issue. We highly recommend BoldSign for all your non-profit signing needs.

Syncfusion functionality, framework coverage, documentation, examples and frequency of updates make it the obvious choice for your user interface needs on any platform and across platforms. I use Syncfusion for rapid prototyping against mocked back ends, which I find incredibly productive.

From time to time I have been in contact with Syncfusion via email. I always get response in a reasonable time, usually within the same day. When having a conversation with the customer service they provide me with either a workaround to resolve the issue or provide me with code snippets enabling me to understand better how to use their components. It is always in a polite and friendly way. Occasionally I have also contact with their sales department and they have the same kindly approach as the customer service has. I feel very comfortable whenever I reach out to them. I have been a pleased customer to them for the last 12-15 years.

The Syncfusion controls are perfect for every scenario I have encountered in the development of my applications and the technical support has always proven to be available and punctual in the proposal of solutions.

Good software but awful customer service.
They made me sign a quotation, with a given discount, and after a few days they came back to me texting it was a mistake and that I had to pay the full price.
Won't renew the service again

None of the licenses are perpetual (like their competitors provide). If you want to stop updating you are not allowed to maintain your existing app on the previously paid library version, which means you are actually renting the library forever. We decided to port to a competitor on a perpetual license so we can pay as long as we update, stop paying while we don';t need to update and pay again when we decide to update again.

Bugs everywhere in components. Terrible documentation, lack of customization, no optimalizations.
