A must have for all developers
Untested controls
I have been using some of their controls for Xamarin Forms for 5+ years now.
My honest opinion is that their controls are highly untested. So if you are aiming for a more complex use than the shown in guide, you are going to find out some important bugs. I can say I found problems with almost all of controls I used. Some problems are just easy to solve (elements of style customization being ignored). Some other are just making the whole control unusable. For instance, SfChat has an obligatory behaviour of starting the listView on the first message and automatically scroll till last one. Super cool when you have 20 messages. UNUSABLE in real cases where you have 1500 messages as you would just stay staring at the screen scrolling by inself for 30 seconds without even being able to interact with the control.
If you just want the plain control without any type of customization, it definitely saves you some implementation time.

Greate experience with Syncfusion Grid component
We are using the Grid UI component which is best in class. It provides many useful features such as filtering, sorting, searching, pagination, etc... You can also customize the menu and other stuff for your own needs.
The Syncfusion support is very great. You can submit ticket for any question related to those components. Usually, you will get reply less than 24 hours. They will even provide technical support meeting to help you debug issues. And for the bugs you reported, they always try to fix them in the next release.
Superb Support
I use Syncfusion EJ2 Angular components. Syncfusion is always here to back me if I have problems or questions. The support is above standard. I regularly have support tickets with questions about how to do this or that with a component (they have complex components too), or if I feel like I found a bug. They evaluate my request in a day or two - or if they need more time for the evaluation, they correctly communicate it every time.
Then I get a fully elaborated answer with suggestions or working solutions and many times with a working stackblitz sample. I love it because I can always rely on them.
The best thing is that I always learn s.g. new from them.
They also have a detailed documentation site with lots of samples, but sometimes it is a bit hard to navigate or find smaller details like possible values of an enum or similar. But I can always ask it if I cannot find s.g.
Very responsive support / great components
Very responsive support through user forum, which Syncfusion regularly participate in.
Great range of controls and excellent 'Community Licence' - perfect for the smaller developer.
Syncfusion for WPF
I have been using the Syncfusion controls for WPF for the past six years. What I like most is that there is a large array of controls, and each set of controls is feature rich and well implemented. This allows me to develop a professional UI and UX for my users while maintaining a consistent approach for me as the developer
Importantly for me is that there is well structured documentation and samples making it easier for me to jump straight in.
In all, I have been able to always rely on Syncfusion to provide me with a great set of controls, experience and support.
Customer support has been great, especially the one time I was really stuck, I was able to provide a sample solution and got back a working sample.
I will be using Syncfusion for my other projects which will include MAUI and ASP.NET MVC.

License is not clear, they claim on the website it is $999 dolar for the blazor component. But it is $499 a month for a company with several developers (even if they don't work in the interface).

- Components are plenty, and easy to use (we use Angular components, but the others seem to be the same).
- Documentation is good. A lot of examples, how-to, and API docs.
- Very supportive, the support team replies support tickets that solve our issue quickly, detailed.
