A huge time saver!!!!
I've tried a lot of tools to streamline customer support, but Syncreply is one of those products that just makes sense.
The fact that it automatically shows the customer's Shopify order right next to their email saves me so much time every day. I no longer have to switch back and forth between my inbox and Shopify just to find order details before replying.
Having the order information, shipping status, and customer history visible while I read an email helps me answer much faster and with more confidence. It may sound like a small feature, but it makes a huge difference when you're dealing with customer inquiries all day.
