Ordered 5-50lb dumbbells with rack and…
Ordered 5-50lb dumbbells with rack and adjustable bench. One of the dumbbells never arrived but customer service handled it very quickly. I highly recommend Synergee if you dont want to pay an arm and a leg for home workout gear.

No Hassle to Have Defective Product Replaced

Well the 1st order I never received it so I had to call and make a replacement order which I did get a couple of days later now I get the 2nd one that was originally the 1st one that got lost But other than that good quality nice bar thank you very much

Great products, great prices, outstanding customer service
I have purchased several equipment from Synergee, including barbells, gymnastic rings, benches, and the programmable timer. All products are still in great shape over two years of continuous use. I appreciate the quality products offered at a good value. What stood out even more have been their customer service. My timer stopped pairing/connecting with the remote (the timer have been working solid ever since I bought it). Customer service was very responsive in trying to help me resolve the issue. When we found out it was something we couldn’t fix, they sent out a replacement timer right away.
