Never signed up they took money from my account when I spoke to them man was rude and basically said you signed up you pay. I asked how we would have signed up when we have never heard of them and would not have any interest in their company, again man said basically tough. Have contacted bank and fraud action. Stay away from them.

Unfortunately you have to give at least one star. Somehow they have taken money out of my bank account again. Never signed up to them and emailed them with no response. Tried to log into my supposed account only for them to say there is no account registered with the only email addresses I use. Will be contacting my bank Monday to start a fraud investigation.

And there we aew back into my.bank account new card and all and they have tried transferring money from my old card in my new one contacted bank straight away and they are refusing them the payment absolutely scum of the earth tried take 29 in November and again today disgusting vile human beings

No emails to say I had been 'signed up' with them to begin. Then they took £29.95 from my account without my consent. When I called them was told I didn't cancel within 14 day cancellation period. How could I with no knowledge to begin?! Customer service agent was cheeky and plain nasty. Speaking over me as if her line was rehearsed. She said she would cancel my account but I wasnt entitled to my money back. Asked to speak with a manager was just told no. She said I was rude and hung up on me. You should always have the right to another opinion if you are not happy but with this company its the office minions who decide where your money goes I guess. Awful company do not know how they sleep at night. I also had a similar payment attempt same day from company ID Expert. Think they are linked in some way. Fraud Dept in my bank are investigating both. I am a single Mum and two transactions taken of £30 end January is going to cause me serious hardship till I am paid again.

Appalling! Took money from my account- 12p and then £29.95 around a week later.
Called my bank who provided contact number for them. Rudest man ever in their contact centre - would not let me speak or explain - just said he would terminate the call if I kept interrupting!
He has terminated 'my account' which he said I would receive email confirmation of - no emails have ever been received - not when I allegedly signed up, not when I cancelled my alleged account and not when they terminated said account either!
Absolute fraudsters! My bank are now investigating and I am also looking at how to report and take this further!

Robbers that keep trying to take £29.99 a month out of my bank account .reported to the fraud team

These took two payments of £29.95 from me on the same day!!! I’ve never even heard of them let alone signed up to them and they won’t refund me so I’ll have to go through my bank and when I told them I’m going through my bank for a refund/fraud they kept telling me that my bank will just tell me to phone them which I know is a lie as I’ve dealt with issues like this before. I’d advise against using any credit brokers to find a loan as when you put your bank details in, companies like this take your money!!

This company should be ashamed of themselves,I applied for a loan and because I did apparently agreed to there service of taking £30 out of my account every,this is a scam and its disgusting behaviour and robbing people out of money,especially when things are bad enough for people

Absolute scam took 19p then took another £29.99 I never authorised tried cancelling says wrong code bloody disgusting robbing bastads need reporting absolutely going bank cancel it & another one identify defender exactly the same thing raging 🤬🤬🤬

Took money out of my account without me even signing up.
I have complained and they have just dismissed my claim. Were very unhelpful as to why or how I had signed up as I can't remember doing it, or even having a confirmation email to say so.
I had the horror of checking my bank account this morning to see nearly £30 went out.

Never heard of these and took £60 out of my account. Tried to contact to no avail.

Never signed up to anything with this company but like everyone else they have tried taking several payments. They have also done the same to my mum!

Extremely rude customer service advisors that will not do anything about it other than offer to cancel but no offer of refund for a scam that I NEVER signed up to.

Hopefully they get shut down soon as it doesn’t appear that they do anything but scam people????

This company i never even heard of took my money. Is refusing to give a refund or anything in return for taking my money. This idiotic man was being passive aggressive saying you can login and claim something in return but there was no way of logging in. Then i called them back and they refused to give me back something in return. I had a go at the guy and he sounded like a complete sociopath and said in the calmest goodbye hace a nice day while i was literally screaming down the phone.

This people is taking money from my bank account NEVER signed a contract with them I don’t even know what this is about.
Tried to cancel my membership (yeah, apparently I have an account with them) but the site refuses to do so. Now I’ll have to contact them to get a refund. Absolute SCAM!!!!

This place is a disgrace. They took 12 p prim my account and as far as I'm reading they were due to take another 30. I've not signed up with them and now I had to move my money to a diff account to stop them

Absolute SCAM never signed up but still keep trying to take money from my bank account these guys need shutting down ASAP
