It never seems to work properly. I use the app but can't upload photos, videos etc. which means my profile isn't up to date. I was told by my agency that I need to use the website as the app doesn't work. When I try to sign in online it says incorrect password but when I get it to send me a reset password link it doesn't send. I have been trying for 3 days to get into my account and still, not a single email has come through. I have not been able to apply for jobs until I can rectify this issue and it's incredibly frustrating and stressful. I have never had so many issues with an agency system.
I gave 2 stars because when I first logged in it worked fine but now it essentially is useless for me and has cost me work...
