SCAM

The synsam glasses subscription is a scam. You end up paying way more than what you’d pay just buying the glasses outright. You ‘rent’ the glasses for 3 years but if you want to keep them afterwards, you need to pay the full price of the glasses on top of the subscription so you end up paying thousands. Absolutely terrible.

Order stuck in delivery

Placed an order more than two weeks ago with a promised estimate of 2-4 days to deliver and it's still somewhere in delivery. Email support isn't working (they aren't replying), phone support says i should wait for the package even though it's way past its delivery date.

Not buying here again.
