Wonderful experience with this company. They answered all my questions or the mould test kit and provided me with extremely fast email replied. The test kit was simple yet effective to use. Highly recommend.

I carried out a mould test with the four plates in four different locations across my home. I found one very high reading of mould spore growth, so requested another test kit to narrow the location of the mould source. However this time all test plates showed low mould growth. I contacted Sysco with pictures of both surveys, and asked them if the could explain the disparity. They replied that the picture of the second survey plate shows 3-4 colonies growing on the plate, and the picture of the first survey 'definitely looks like mould culture. Unfortunately, further investigation under the microscope could not be done without having a sample'. I said I didn't want further investigation, only clarity of results and would a third survey provide accurate results. They said I could 'do a 3rd test if I feel concerned'.

I arranged lead paint sample testing with Sysco after harboring long and agonising suspicions about lead in multiple surfaces in my home. Throughout the entire process, they were clear, friendly and helpful. Most of the surfaces I'd previously tested with third-party home kits showed up as them being dangerous - however, Sysco's professional analysis has now reassured me that all but one are actually fine and so now I know which one to be careful with. I'd particularly like to highlight the service given to me by Daniel who helped coordinate the testing from start to finish. I would thoroughly recommend this company for any testing you might be considering - thank you again, Sysco!

I contacted Sysco on behalf of my parents who were advised they needed a new roof at an estimated cost of 8k due to mould in the bedroom of their bungalow. Sysco promptly came out to assess and advised the roof was perfectly fine & just needed a dehumidifier. Great service & really grateful for an honest company. Highly recommend

The staff were very professional and couldn't do enough for you. Everything went exactly as they said it would. Would highly recommend them and will defiantly be using them again.

To assist a client with a HAVS assessment we engaged Sysco Environmental to complete thew onsite triaxial measurement of the equipment within a workshop environment. The infomation recieved was very comprehensive, we used this data to remove the higher risk equipment and reduce the remaining equipments task time. My client was impressed with the proffesionalism of Sysco's staff

Arranged a mould survey for a property, technician came and took samples from all areas, but when report arrived, test results were missing from some of these, and suddenly claimed those samples were never taken (despite having seen it with my own eyes) in an effort to demand full payment. Would be wary of them.

I have been using Sysco Environmental for a number of years and have found their services to be excellent. Very professional and efficient technical specialists with clear unambiguous reports submitted quickly after on site evaluation or testing has taken place.

Excellent personal service and advice.

Excellent communication and speedy delivery of the product.
The product we bought (mould sampling kit) was easy to use, and has given useful results.

The box clearly states to leave petri dishes exposed for same amount of time e.g. 4 hrs.

A small piece of paper inside says leave the petri dishes exposed for only 30mins.

There is supposed to be a pre paid envelope included in case lab services are needed. I didnt get one and dont know what it costs for lab analysis if too many mould spores are present. Also dont know how long that analysis takes.

The guy was very helpful and recommended some improvement. We didn't plow ahead with the survey at this point but would really like to thank Sysco for the recommendation.
