The attendant waited for my authentication to go through, so they could get into my account and fix my DNS records. I was so frustrated, and they got back to my initial request much quicker than the 2 hours they said, and then once they got to me they were able to help and figure out the problem quickly. So grateful! great service

Ghezali Mohamed Lamine was very helpful in migrating my websites from the previous website host to Systeme.io! He also got right on the task well ahead of a deadline I had to move my website before it expired at the previous host, so I didn't have to sign up for another year. He answered my questions and gave me some tips about my email lists, as well as ways to navigate Systeme's various assets.

They answered my support question promptly.

When I signed up they were advertising free migrations that took an average of 17 days. I allowed for about 25 days before I was to be rebilled for Kartra, the platform I was moving from & thought that should be sufficient as I didn’t have that much to move (relative to others). They gave me an estimate of 5-6 weeks, yet it’s taken more than 9 weeks and they still aren’t complete, thus costing me 2 extra months already. Some of what has been done hasn’t been done correctly either. Modules for one course were swapped with another one. I’m wondering if I might have made a mistake by switching. Very disappointed with my experience so far.

As a VA, I've been troubleshooting the domain name authentication taking too long, as in several days. I've been going back and forth with ChatGPT, copy-pasting the settings that I've been applying, uploading screenshots, but I felt like it has been just trying to people-please me, saying that I have all the settings correct, but the domain authentication has been pending for several days. Man, even though I have a paid version of ChatGPT, it did not help me compared to the support that I got from System.io email support or customer service because I only got it fixed in less than half a day. So Systeme.io Support helped me apply the right setting, and then we waited for the propagation and waited for the System.io email setting page to show the domain authenticated. And it was great because with that, I can already start creating the email campaign & I can already see the email in the sender email address. Earlier, it was just blank. I cannot select the email of the domain. There was nothing there to select. So I was stuck for several days with ChatGPT trying to say that I have all the settings correct. There's just something wrong with system.io, I was so frustrated. Good thing there's 24/7 support with System.io. So I'm very grateful. It helped me get me unstuck with my troubleshooting.

The company will respond to you & help you. I had a bad experience trying to create my blog. Nothing would happen. I just didn’t have the patience to go on after dealing with some other sites doing the same thing. But the company will respond to help you.

My experience with systeme.io affiliate program was extremely disappointing.

I created my first account, promoted their platform, and successfully brought in referrals. But when it was finally time to receive payment, they suddenly locked my account without any proper explanation or prior notice.

Thinking it might have been a mistake, I created a second account and continued promoting again. Unfortunately, the exact same thing happened — referrals were accepted, but once payment time came, the account got locked again.

No warning. No transparent communication. No proper support response.

It honestly feels unfair for affiliates who spend time and effort promoting the platform only to face account restrictions right before payouts.

Very frustrating experience, and I personally would not recommend their affiliate program based on how I was treated.

My issue was actually just a drop down choice I had selected incorrectly.
I received clear directions & screenshots to help.
Problem was easily solved.
