Great technical support, advise & backup when required I am quite technical minded so can sort most networking problems with CCTV but its worth buying a quality product to get top quality backup from Technicians like Rob who on this occasion give me on about DVR setting needed to be change due to customer changing internet provider, this saved me money and time before I attended the job.

We have been using System Q equipment for nearly 5 years, the equipment is simple to use, image quality is excellent, even in amusement arcade environment with all the flashing lights, and the support team are very helpful when you have queries about expanding the system.
Excellent company providing first class support for their products. If you have any issues with any of their products this company has pleasant and knowledgeable staff who are happy to help and don't -(like many others I have experienced) leave you until the job is finished and you are satisfied.

I’ve been out of the CCTV installation game for over 15 years. I’ve just got back into it. And things have moved on so much in this time. One of my old customers needed a power pack for there hard drive. He managed to get me one for an old system. He bought me right up-to-date with everything. His knowledge was absolutely fantastic. Explained everything I need to know. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. I will definitely be going back to David for everything I need in the future. He is a credit to your Company . Good products and prices but don’t expect to be anything more than a number. Have been dealing with Sytem Q for over a year and they do not appreciate how important it is to have a business relationship. This is apparent when you try to return or exchange a product. Customer service is disappointing. We won’t be using them again.

I knew nothing about CCTV but the company I used to install home CCTV recommended them. After talking with the installer an the sales staff at Systems Q (sorry can't remember her name) I was able to make a informed decision on the equipment to buy.
The sales lady at Systems Q was very helpful - her knowledge around products was excellent, not pushy at all - she ensured the customer only purchased what was required. The order was placed around 5 pm. The following morning I received a text from parcel force to say that my goods would be delivered the same afternoon. Excellent service from Systems Q.
On setting up the system there were a number of instructions I did not understand - no problem, there is a dedicated technical line to call. I got through to a engineer called Phil. He was so knowledgeable and took time to explain things to me in simple terms, none of this techy language. He had me up and running in no time. Not able to thank him enough. Would recommend System Q to anyone - home or business. Thank you.

We as a company have dealt with System q over a number of years i would stress to any one who wants to return a product to this company stay well away there returns procedure even when a the item is not fit for use and returned as delivered ie brand new condition they will administer a handling charge of £16!!! they received the item back within 3 days of receipt at our cost for delivery confirmed that it had been restocked and still after 10 days no refund has been received in a word it is clear that once they have your money the customer service ends, do not order a item if you think you may have to do a return this is the only return we have ever done for a simple item which was brand new.
Having used SystemQ exclusively as my CCTV supplier for the past 10 years I cannot say a bad word against them!
From the initial phonecall to discuss my requirement through to the next day delivery and telephone support if necessary, they get 6 stars every time from me.
Faulty kit (the 2 items I've had which went faulty in the past 10 years) have been quickly replaced under 12 month warranty or repaired for a nominal fee if out of warranty with no quibbles.
The tech support team are fabulous, always have an answer or suggestion to point me in the right direction as I do some complex, creative and elaborate installs, the largest being 160 cameras spread across 2 factories linked via a WiFi bridge with 10 Alien DVR's, some controlling relays, alarms and sending emails notifying of movement and activity, not surprisingly I need help from time-to-time.
Even during the time of Covid, the sales team have been proactive and kept me up-to-date with stock levels and still managed next-day deliveries and the support team have been on hand right through the crisis.
Thanks so much for your ongoing service and support guys, literally couldn't run my company without you!
And of course a wink to Phill for putting up with my constant queries and whacky ideas!

The biggest issue we normally find with technical support is they run through instructions too quickly and expect our engineers to have a detailed knowledge of their product which is impossible as we work on many different systems
Phil however was not condescending and is a credit to his company I cannot recommend him highly enough
