£3 an hour LESS than what was agreed in writing!!

They paid my son £8.36 an hour instead of the £11.50 as per the advice from Fawkes and Reece agency in Southampton!! They are a con. They make you pay employer NI. they don’t pay you as agreed by the agency as they pay min wage amount and calculate your holiday using that amount too. Cannot believe companies can blatantly lie in 2021 and get away with it!!

Hello Paula. You have the wrong company this is Systems & Smiles. We provide IT support for small businesses based in London. We have not employed your son we only hire local staff paying them London living wage.

Speedy and Professional

We were at our wits end with our laptop. With several issues making it impossible to use. Systems and Smiles soon worked their magic and very quickly found the solutions and our laptop is back to its optimum performance. Saving me from buying a new laptop!

Like having my own IT support department

I run a part-time consulting business from home, and IT is definitely not my area of expertise! Systems and Smiles have advised me on buying new equipment, formatting documents, solving little bugs, synchronising between computer and phone, the list is long! Whatever the question they give a quick response, they are a great support to my work.

Great service

A great service at an affordable price. Reuben explained everything very clearly so I could understood fully what would happen. And now my Mac is running perfectly after I was previously ready to get rid of it
