Very good service and polite and always on time for my treatment, but emailing me two weeks before and calling me to tell me I have an appointment is a bit too much as I’m never ever late and I never miss an appointment but I suppose I can’t talk for others 🤔

Been an nhs patient at this dentist since it opened. Was very happy with my first dentist there but then he was replaced with Mr Fitzsimmons.who was absolutely useless. Didn't even look at your teeth properly at check up. Probably in there a minute. So three years ago I swapped to another dentist and paid abit more. I was told she wasn't private prices but somewhere in between. Since then the price has rose upto pretty much private prices. She also doesn't spend alot of time going around your teeth and checking them at nearly double the price! So I tried to swap back to nhs to be told they have no places left. I am now booked in for my next appointment with a different private dentist for next time and I'm.sure it'll be exactly the same. Currently looking for another nhs dentist!!

Customer Care starts at Reception. Kurt the Receptionist is polite very helpful and always willing to help in any way. He is a credit to the surgery. Dentist is experienced professional and listens to any issues. I would not go anywhere else.

Always helpful and polite and that starts at the reception makes you feel at ease, I think his name is Kurt, as for the man himself the dentist he would be described as old school with a wealth of knowledge, as the saying goes Long in the tooth pardon the pun ie his knowledge reflects in the years he's been in the job, the Santa of the Dental world head on over ;-)
