Gone to pot after the company being bought over
The support has gotten terrible, they were all saying its just going to get better for here on wards but then both the webhosting and the game server went down for over 4 days and some of the data got lost due to a rollback. The support has become much slower overall and the owners of the company never really come on and sort problems out.

the website and panel are offline sometimes though but the quality they deliver for their low prices still makes it worth 5 stars :D

Great support team with great response speed and also the server is blazingly fast.
To be honest, I'm satisfied about their support response speed. And also the server is blazingly fast. And also, their panel theme looked so good and family-friendly. Rarely saw a host use friendly-family themed panel. And yeah, thank you. You guys deserves a five stars rate from me. I love SyteSpace.

Bad Locations and Connections
Well where to begin their servers are very bad with connection in the United States of America. Their London, Germany and Canada which I tested all have extreme lag and a bad ping I have gigabit internet and it’s all lag. If you are in the United States I would stay away from Sytespace. Support is pretty good otherwise it would be one star.

All of our nodes run on 1GB/s DDOS Protected Network. The Management team actively monitor the resource usage & ping statistics of all our nodes to ensure quality connections & experience for our clients. I have just checked your server's statistics, the TPS is at a constant 20 and the ping is perfect and what we would expect considering the difference in geographical locations.
We recommend especially if you're in the United States that you don't use our European locations so your data doesn't have to travel over 4,000 miles, causing noticeable ping.
We would love for you to open up a ticket in your client area, so we can work with you to find a solution and reason behind your lag issues.

Hosting is really great and cheap
Hosting is really great and cheap. When is started using it i was extremely satisfied with everything. As i started using the services more it did get bumpier but it isn't their fault. The panel was down more and more oftenly. I fixed that problem by setting up Discord SRV so I could use console from my discord server when the panel was down. I did have some payment issues like when I paid for it, it said I didn't but besides that everything was fine. I would rate support 4/5 because on the website it takes time for someone to come help. Or sometimes none does come. I don't know about the discord support because I got banned on the discord server.

They are super kind and helpful. The system they are using works really well and they know what they are doing. There was a miner mistake with the engineer not getting all the information about my staff application but else the service and prices are in top. Really good service. Keep up the great work.

I would say 4 and a half stars. That option doesn't exist, so I'm going with a 4, (sorry.)
Everything is great, my only complaint is that the servers are a bit slow. I understand that you're running multiple servers, but it lags, sometimes even in vanilla.
Even then, it is great for it's price, but there's NO 4 IN A HALF STARS >:(
That review below that claims to be "vortex" is fake. I am vortex, I don't know who in the heck that was. I never changed my name to vortex.

And you make up for the speed with amazing staff! :P

Was good untill Kansas (Updated)
SyteSpace was good before they moved their panel over to a Kansas node. They offer cheap servers and they were good. When they moved the panel over to the Kansas node I lost all of the servers and data in the servers, they did not tell us to back up our data.
Correction: we have had our RAM shuffled and we are all sorted.
