Recently had our house re-rendered and highly recommend Szot Construction. They did a really good job and were professional and hard working, tidied everything up and completed the work to a high standard. Also explained the options and provided a full breakdown of the costs and information of the products to help us decide.

Szot Construction did my external wall insulation and thin coat rendering on my new build and did an excellent job.
The team were reliable, friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. Everything they did was to a high standard of quality, and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Robert and his team were skilled, hard working and easy to get on with. The standard of their work is very high and we are very very pleased with the external insulation work they did for us. We were especially impressed at how tidy they left the site at the end of each day and on completion of the work.

Excellent company. Robert and his team are hard working with a high level of workmanship. The workers were always prompt , worked well throughout the day with minimal breaks and always tidied up before leaving for the day. When the project was finished they cleaned to a high standard and we are very pleased with the outcome. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

From the initial visit Robert of Szot Construction impressed us with his knowledge, expertise and enthusiasm. Nothing was too much trouble, his communication throughout the 6 months of project time was excellent, same day responses every time. We cannot recommend Szot Construction highly enough. They did a fantastic job on our 1930’s semi, it has been admired by all our visitors.
Headed by Robert and Greg, they were the most knowledgeable of the recommended installers by EWIPRO for external wall insulation.
Everyone in their team was professional, clean and tidy. They got the job completed to perfection, they clearly take pride in their work.
They were always flexible to fit in with other trades working on our project. Robert and Craig were helpful and always available if we needed to contact them.

Needed a garden room. After a really bad rogue builder I got Robert in. The whole thing had to be pulled down and rebuilt. Robert and his guys were amazing, polite and helpful. They cleaned up at the end of everyday. As for the room….wow…..it’s beautiful, very solid. I highly recommended theses guys.

May not be the cheapest, but what you do get is a quality product and high standard of workmanship, attention to detail and a company that listens to what you say and ask for and suggest good suggestions.
They maintained excellent communication through out the time they worked at our property i,e on two occasions we had minor issues after they had left for the day and on each occasion they returned that evening to resolve them.
We are extremly pleased with the look and finish and have already had several compliments to how nice the house now looks and the workmanship.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company and would definatly use them again in the future if need be.

Robert and his team were excellent. Always very informative on when different phases were happening. Everyone on site was great. The final job looks amazing. Would 100% recommend.

I posted my job on “Quote my Job” and within 24hrs Robert reached out to me asking when it would suit me so he could come have a look and give me a quote. Robert was very prepared, taking detailed measurements and showing me models of what would be involved in the repair.

He and his team were very accommodating as I get my shifts on a weekly basis so we couldn’t plan when they could come over to work until quite late in the week. But once that was sorted they were very quick, tidy and efficient in turning what initially looked like a building site into a beautifully back wall

I can’t recommend Robert and his team enough. Anyone who is need of rendering, these guys should be your number 1 option as you won’t find anyone better.

We had external wall insulation and rendering installed last year and were really impressed with the team’s professionalism from start to finish. They turned up exactly when they said they would, communicated clearly throughout the process, and handled any issues or changes openly and honestly.

The quality of the finished insulation and rendering is superb adding warmth to our Edwardian house, as well as curing the penetrating damp problem we suffered due to the original construction. It's real improvement to the property.

Since the installation, we've only had a couple of very minor issues, such as a couple of broken tiles form the scaffolding and a section of guttering that came loose. These were dealt with promptly and without any fuss, including one that was sorted nearly a year after the original work was completed.

We wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others. A reliable, professional team who clearly take pride in their work.

Boys did an excellent job of removing the insulation at my father's house and repairing the holes excellent work very clean.
