My first order the box was empty ,I emailed them and they sent replacements the same day so a great experience with the company. The hose it self I should have got one years ago it's really worth the money .

These 5 stars are for the excellent customer service I received from T-hose (to be clear I've not yet tested the product). I ordered to wrong size hose and on realisation email them and very quickly got a response saying just return it to us and we'll refund you. Felt I had someone ready to sort my problem, even though I clearly ordered the wrong thing and it was my fault :-)

Fantastic service, had a small problem which was resolved within 48 hours. So pleased to deal with a company that gives great customer service with no quibble. 10/10

Exceptional hosepipe; brass fitting that don't leak, doesn't tangle or kink, lightweight and when not full of water is a fraction of its length.

Dispatch and arrival were super quick. I have been using the same hose type (15m) for a couple of years but needed an extension. Very happy with its robust design, had no issues whatsoever. The previous one from ebay developed a leak at some point when I pulled it against a corner, this one looks better quality.

I purchased 2 years ago, still going strong (probably jinxed it now) amazing customer service, 2 shower heads have sprung a leak and both replaced quickly and without jumping through hoops to get them. Highly recommend this hose and company 👍🏻 100%

The ordering, despatch and packaging of the hose worked like clockwork and was with me within a couple of days.
Really impressed with the quality of the hose and fitments it comes with and looking forward to using it as I got rid of my reel hose because it is too heavy for me to haul around after a recent hip operation.
